Fascinating and fun experience - Thank you, Lucia. This tour was a great way to get introduced to Bucharest. Perfect for getting an overall impression of the city, and the layout, especially if you are short on time. In four hours we saw a lot of the city, it’s buildings, and the story behind them . The cycling is very safe so do not worry (and not difficult physically). I learned a lot because Lucia brought to life the city and how it has changed through history with various challenges and influences. She also gave a really personal perspective on a recent transition from communism to modern Romania. I discovered places I would not have found by myself for sure. And thank you, Lucia for the many recommendations of other things to do.

Beautiful city bike tour - Thankyou to Lucia I am now returning home with an indepth history of Romania. Using the bikes allowed us to cover more ground and see alot of the city in a short space of time. I can't thank Lucia enough for sharing her own experiences of living in the city. Lucia wears her heart on her sleeve and is beautifully kind. Lots of tips shared on wear to eat and drink. I highly recommend partaking in this tour at the beginning of your trip as Lucia showed me a whole side of Bucharest I hadn't seen on my own and I wanted to explore further. Although the tour is 4hrs long the time went really quickly and Lucia cycled at a leisurely pace throughout the tour.

Fantastic tour, would recommend :) - What a fantastic way to see so much of the city. Lucia was a very knowledgeable guide, who was interested in ensuring that we had an enjoyable experience. As not an experienced cyclist I was apprehensive going into the tour but there was no need to worry, Lucia took everything at our pace and the information breaks were a perfect chance to catch our breath. Bucharest is a flat city, for which we were very grateful and we had a lovely time. Would recommend.

Fantastic Cycling Tour and Guide - It is a fantastic historical cycling tour through Bucharest and a perfect amount of time! Lucia had a lovely personality and was a great guide - charismatic and informative (in an interesting way without too much detail) Lucia also whats app'd us lots of recommendations of local delicacies and where to get them as well as activities like wine tasting or how best to book any specific tourist attractions. All around I would highly recommend and very good value for money

Good historical context explaining the architecture styles in central Bucharest. - Lots of short hops on the bikes, with historical explanations at each stop. The bicycles were good, with adequate gears for the city’s slopes. Lucia explained the historical eras that the country has suffered, so that we understood the different styles of buildings throughout the city centre. Plenty of opportunities to walk into interesting buildings, while Lucia watched the bikes. No need to be very fit for cycling: it’s not a workout type of ride.

Informative, engaging and fun - This was such an amazing experience. Our guide, Andrei, was very knowledgeable and shared a lost of stories which kept us enagaged along the way. Also, having it done by bike allowed us to cover a big area of the city and even though Bucharest is not the most bile friendly, Andrei managed to make the most of it. Bucharest has an interesting history, with many changes in regimes and lifestyle and Andrei captured all its history which worth paying attention to. Also, it has its unique beauty and there are many places you would just pass by or not even reach them as they are outside central area that it deserves having a guided tour. Take this tour, you will not be disappointed❤️
