Hanul Gabroveni - Bucharest roots lies in a trading background, two centuries ago, one in four buildings in the old city center was a caravan-serai, today only three of them remain and this is one of them.
BNR Palace - A century ago this was the financial district of Bucharest, you will be surrounded by the National Bank, the former Stock Exchange, The Palace of Trading and Commerce along with many other state and private banks.
Stavropoleos Monastery - 90% of the Romanian people are Christian Orthodox and still we are quite a religious country, this monastery is and iconic monument which represents very well the features of the Orthodox heritage and architecture.

Great guide and intro to Bucharest - Alex was a great guide. He went at a good pace and was easy to understand. Even on the hottest day of the year so far this was enjoyable as there's lots of opportunities to walk and stand in the shade. This was a great way to learn about the city.

Great way of knowing the sights and history of Bucharest - The guide was great. He was very knowledgeable of Bucharest, super funny and friendly. The guide explained as we walked and/or stopped and took time to answer questions. Definitely worth booking to see the main sights in Bucharest especially if you have limited time whilst getting your steps in.
