Bucharest - After your pickup, we will drive for 2 hours to reach our first stop at Peles Castle.
-
Peles Castle - Our first stop is Peles Castle, the former summer residence of Romanian kings, located in Sinaia. Built over more than 40 years at the end of the 19th century, the castle showcases a blend of neo-Renaissance and Gothic Revival architectural styles. Its interior boasts over 170 rooms, each decorated in various styles such as Florentine, Turkish, Moorish, French, and imperial.
-
Bran Castle (Dracula’s Castle) - Our second stop is Bran Castle, which dates back to the 14th century when it was constructed to protect Transylvania. It later served as a customs point for entry into Wallachia. In 1920, Queen Marie received the fortress as a gift, renovated it, and transformed it into the stunning castle we see today.
-
Brasov Historical Center - Our final stop is the town of Brasov, formerly known as Kronstadt. Its well-preserved historical center, filled with centuries-old homes connected by narrow, cobblestone streets, retains its German medieval charm. Your walking tour of this charming town begins at the main square, featuring the Gothic Black Church (Biserica Neagră), the old City Hall, watch towers, walls surrounding the former citadel, and the narrowest street in Europe.
-
Black Church (Biserica Neagra) - Over 600 years old, the Black Church in Brasov is the most famous monument in this ancient Transylvanian town. It is the largest hall church east of Vienna and one of the largest medieval churches in this part of Europe.

Our venture commences from Bucharest, leading to Sinaia, which houses the mesmerizing Peleș Castle. En route, we’ll observe Bucharest’s eclectic architecture and varied construction designs of village homes, including adobe, clay and wood constructions, taking roughly 2 hours. Then, we’ll explore the magnificent castle, built during the reign of Romania’s first king (constructed between 1873 - 1914), and embark on a private guided tour. Post this memorable experience, our path will lead to the Bran Castle, shedding light on the inception of Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula’, tales from Romanian mythology, and the riveting life of Vlad Țepeș, a one-hour drive away. After a discreet tour inside the castle, we’ll proceed to the city of Brașov (around 1 hour’s drive), where we’ll engage in a walking tour of the ancient center along with some leisure time. Upon completion of this activity, we’ll return to your hotel, a journey taking approximately 3 hours.
