Hauntingly sad - The building is so formidable it takes your breath away, even on approach. A truly special place both mesmerising and hauntingly sad when you realise it was build with 30% of the annual Romanian budget. It’s a warning from history, beware the “gold tap and chandelier” crowd, they are only in it for themselves. Great tour, fascinating place and a tragic piece of Romanian and Cold War history.

Visit to the Bucharest Parliament - Visit inside the Bucharest Parliament. Impressive dimensions of the rooms and corridors! Recommended!

One of the most impressive buildings I've ever seen by far. - Only one minor complaint - the office where you meet the person who takes you to the parliament for the fast track ticket is a little tricky to find and could be better explained on the site. She then raced us to the Parliament to get there on time. With that said, we got through security and met with our official guide almost immediately. He was charming and totally engaged with us and clearly in love with the building and its history. The building itself is beyond impressive in sheer magnitude and the quality of materials used was amazing. I highly recommend the tour - you'll never see anything like this again.

Scratching the surface of the largest palace but a worthwhile visit - We started our tour at a small shop and office down the road from the palace. The lady there was very friendly; she gave us stickers and walked with us to the palace, directed us through security, and then introduced us to our guide before departing. The tour itself was wonderful—we explored six or seven beautifully opulent halls and rooms across the first two levels of the palace, each as magnificent as you’d imagine. I had hoped we might see the upper floors with views over the city, but it’s understandable that those are private office spaces and not accessible to visitors. The tour guide inside the palace was also very nice and explained details you’d never have noticed with out her. Overall, I thought the experience was excellent value and enjoyed it thoroughly.

2 hour minimum investment - Pay attention to the email or text from the tour company... there is important info about id requirements! Also, no liquids or extra batteries allowed. Our tour of the building was less than 45 minutes because they were hosting a big conference and some rooms were unavailable for the tour. It was interesting but I expected to see more.

Parliament of Bucharest - The visit went well. The palace is beautiful and huge. The rooms and hallways are spacious, with little decor but beautiful (may disappoint some visitors).

ood tour, but poor hosts - The tour of the Palace was excellent, but it did not start well. The meeting pount was hard to find, and although I had receoved an email to meet at 10:30, when I found the plce at 10:50, they were about ready to go. I pointed out that there did not seem to be obvious signs shownig the address given, but I was ignored. It was 10-minute walk to the Palace and they waked quickly, ignorig the fact that I cannot walk so fasy and I got left behinf, but fotunately I was able to catch up when they stopped at the palace itself. As I said, the tour was not done by the same people, was ver good, and it may be worth jjust going the the palace youreslf, buying a ticket and joig one of the regular tours, as you are only paying extra to be escorted to the palace; I did not see them again once we were handed to the official tour guide.

Parliament Bucarest - Nice experience, the visit to the parliament but not very exciting, the visit lasts 30 min , with guide , they show little , the exterior is very nice in the evening, in my opinion, no mandatory stop!

Not too much to see, not worth the time & money - Despite what others reviews claim, this is absolutely NOT A MANDATORY attraction in Bucharest. First of all - unnecessary security checks (similar to an airport), great disorder and delays. After that - our (English) guide was assigned to a huge group (more than 100 persons)! Additionally, he didn't have any amplification device, so he could hardly be heard! And lastly, the tour itself is quite monotonous and boring. So to sum up - if you have free 1.5-2 hours and ~30$ to spend, go for it, otherwise - definitely can be skipped.

Not as good as I had hoped - All viator do is get you to the Palace as a group. You can book direct. You will get the same guide and it will only cost €10. Tour itself is very underwhelming. You just don't get a sense of the epic proportions of the whole building as the tour consists of only about 10 rooms
