Outstanding service - Very helpful and friendly where nothing is too much trouble. All timings are for a reason and the host is old school customer service.

Worry free experience - Really enjoyed the tour, everything was great, good insight into the historical facts about the building and the purpose of each premise. Although we were not able to visit every room, because if we had spent at most 1 minute at each room, the tour would take us 18 hours, would highly recommend!

A very worthwhile tour - This tour via Transylvanian Wonders was very worthwhile. We were a large group, later split into two but Elena did her best to keep everyone in check. A very impressive building inside and out. I recommend to anyone visiting Bucharest

Worthwhile trip! - The trip was well organised and we were given enough notice to arrive in good time with the required ID in order to enter the building. From the meeting point, we walked to the Parliament and the process for entering was pretty straightforward. The guide herself was knowledgable and happy to answer questions. It was interesting to see the inside of such a building, and I think it was a worthwhile trip to go on.

Impressive - A must see building in Bucharest Romania for its architecture & sheer size. We were not able to tour, as it was booked the days we visited. We were able to view some rooms as well as the exquisite gardens.

Interesting tour of the Palace of Parliament - As our previous booking was cancelled due to a fire, this rearranged one was quite busy and hectic. However, the organiser, Transylvanian Wonders, asked us all to turn up 45 minutes early so that there was plenty of time to sort ID out. The visit itself was with the Parliament's own guide. The group was large but due to the size of the place it was fine, and the guide gave us all plenty of time to take pictures. It was really interesting to see the OTT size and decorations of this vast building, some of it was very impressive and nicely done. I am glad that we came to see this other side of Bucharest's history.

Fabulous tour but Viator guide was rude - building tour was fabulous! However the Viator guide was very rude. A 70 year old woman forgot her ID. She had it on her phone. The guide yelled at her in the lobby of the Parliament House and it was quite upsetting The guide did ask the woman when she checked in and she said yes she had it but she didn’t realize it was back at the hotel. I was never asked if I had my passport Perhaps it would be better if the guide asks to see your ID before we leave. The woman would have had time to run back to her hotel Thanks for your time and attention to this matter -Terry

Poor coordination, poor communication, poor links - Let me start by making a distinction between the actual tour in which parliamentary staff give and the tour company that does the logistics for one to attend the tour. In this case, the tour company who planned this was awful. Firstly, I had to contact THEM if the tour was still available. (If you read the small print for their tour, they state that if they do not have enough people they will arbitrarily cancel the tour. To that end, since I never heard from them on the day of tour, I finally contacted them at 12:54 and queried them about our tour that was planned for 3:00. The tour operator then sent me a message at 1:13 that our tour starts at 2:00. Shocked but knowing the area we left immediately and rushed to the map location and found no one there. We then informed them of this and they sent another link which was not linkable. I asked to send the link again. I heard nothing back. We then fluked finding the senate entrance where we ran into their colleague at security. Explained our situation, our having to rush (literally ran to location), the failed link, the overall confusion and he did not seem to care. Just checked us in as if nothing mattered. So, book the tour with anyone except for these people.

Tour canceled w/o notification - ZERO STARS! Tour didn’t happen! We walked over a mile for the meeting place and was told the tour was canceled. No one reached out to us prior….they said if we had the WhatsApp they would have notified us but they had our phone and email. We could have booked something in its place but wasted a day instead Now waiting on a refund because we didn’t “cancel w/in 24 hours” WTH!?!
