Nice experience! - The tour well organized, the guide Maria a force 😁, professional and competent, explained very well. We saw a lot of places, I'm glad I did this tour.
Much more beautiful and rich in history is the castle of Peles. I recommend bringing a packed lunch, as the time for breaks is very short.

Insanely Good! - I’ve been on many tours and trips, but this one is by far the best value for money. You get so much for so little, and our guide, Mario, was exceptional. With his wealth of knowledge and vast experience, he explained every detail—from the rich stories and history of the sites we visited, down to practical tips like which machines accept cards or cash. He was truly a superb guide. Brasov was stunning, the castles were magical, and for anyone looking to see a lot in a short time and on a budget, this trip is absolutely perfect!

Look no further! This is the one! Especially, if you have Dana as your guild! - Dana was such an amazing and funny tour guild! I really appreciate all the information she gave during our trip. I hope she is your tour guild! :) Also, the driver was awesome as well, taking us through busy and narrow roads. Keep in mind that this tour did run about 14 hours.

Really nice guide and visit - It is an express tour since there is too much to see just in one day. But it is worth it ! Specially for those who don't have too much time as me. The time in Bran and Brașov is enough, but I would stay longer in Peleas (with the possibility of visiting the 2nd floor).
Concerning the agency, everything was as planned, they communicate well and the guide Marius was wonderful!! I really recommend it!

The tour guide doesn't... - The tour guide doesn't really gives you his attention. You have to either know how to navigate or have someone who knows the city. During Christmas they don't give enough time to visit the castles and the city and everything happens in a rush. So if you wanna see everything you don't have time for food or shopping. During spring the trip is better because the program is more well organised.

It all depends on the Guide - Many hours by bus and therefore little time in Brasov, barely 1 hour.
Both castles deserve the visit with a downside for Peles because few rooms visible.
Our Guide spoke succinct English and basically told us what was written on the signs. Disappointing from this point of view! On the other hand, no minivan but a big classic bus. But interesting day anyway.

Whirlwind tour of Transylvania in one long day - It was a long day mostly sitting in terrible traffic which was worse than my expectation. The guide was a nice person, but he wasn't very clear with his instructions and stories so I personally felt that I missed out a fair amount of details. We spent just one hour at Peles, about 1.5 hours in Bran, and less than an hour in Brasov, and didn't get back to the hotel till 9pm. With a full coach of people, much time was wasted waiting for people coming back from toilet break as the ones in Peles Castle were out of order and the guide didn't know.
However, we paid a fair price for the day. The tickets to the 2 castles were not included but you can pay by credit card online in the coach. Touristy Bran Castle, privately run, was more expensive than Peles but it was good to see them both to tick a box.

This tour needs improvements - The guide was direct and at times came across as rude. Whilst some elements were outside of the control of the guide it took over 90 minutes to get into Peles Castle, it was VERY disorganised and it was a free for all regardless of where your group was, we were criticised by the guide for being too far away from the entrance when everyone else had been pushing in. Our friends had to tell him that we could not get in and to not start the tour as he would never take a head count! There were improvements at the castle which we were not told of in advance of getting on the bus. Toilets are non-existant and there are non on the bus, where there was a toilet the queue were large and the guide would get frustrated if you were late back to the meeting point, it was a no win situation all day!!!
Draculas Castle was very touristy and busy.
The 20 minute walk about Brasov medieval town didn't do it justice and there was no time to rest, explore or sit down to absorb the atmosphere of this beautiful town.
The coach driver was dangerous, overtaking on corners and at speed. Whilst the coach did have seat belts the passengers had to comment to the guide about the drivers driving and how unsafe we all felt.
This tour needs some improvements. Whilst the sights are impressive we had very little time to enjoy them due to the distance you have to travel.

My experience was... - My experience was terrible!!!
They cancelled the tour because the bus didn't started.
No plan B, what a disappointment!!!
Eastern European Experience is giving you a bad name.
The answer was "It's not my fault"
What kind of company give you this answer???
I had only that day to finish my trip and fly the next to the USA.
I'm extremely disappointed and they even have not refunded my my money.

Chaotic and stressful - I don’t normally do group trips and yesterday was a real reminder why- the comms was fine for the meet up but when you got there there were 100s of other people waiting and at least 5 coaches so the start was chaotic trying to find the right guide/bus
It’s a long trip we spent 11 hours on the coach it’s too much to fit in one day you don’t do any site justice
If you need to wee or eat regularly this trip is not for you!
The first stop for comfort break about 2 hours in was at a small services which would have been fine but it seems all the other coaches stop too so 100s of people queuing for the loo and coffee and 20 minutes
Peles castle is currently covered in scaffold so a bit disappointing for us ( but that’s just unlucky) we spent most of the stop queuing - almost an hour for people to go to the loo (as whole group stayed together here) before going into castle - then a long queue to get on castle and we were herded through in big groups - pretty castle but not pleasant experience way to crowded and there was 1 single toilet for women (same for men) so another queue on way out - there was no time to eat before getting on bus and it was by now 2pm and we had not eaten
Bran castle was another 90 minutes drive - it closed at 4pm so we had a real rush to get there - we sorted our own tickets here so were able to get away from the group who we left queuing for toilets to race up the hill to join another massive queue to get into castle - again a pretty castle and I’m sure with lots of interesting facts but 100s people squished around together made a proper visit impossible - there are lots of shops and places to eat but we had 1 hour to get up and round the castle so just enough time to see castle and wee
Last stop Braşov a pretty place but no time to see as we only had 1 hour and we needed to eat (now 6pm)
My advice - book a personal trip pay the extra - if you go be prepared with water and food and book your own tickets
