This service can be arranged for your central hotel every day, except on major holidays. If your hotel is not centrally located, an alternative meeting point can be arranged in downtown areas such as Unirii Square, University Square, Romana Square, or Victoriei Square.
Medium-sized luggage is required. If you have large suitcases, please inform us of their sizes in advance.
To organize this service, your flight details are needed: landing time, flight number, and destination.
The driver will meet you at the Information Desk in International Arrivals (located on your left as you exit the Arrival hall) with a sign displaying your name. If you encounter any issues locating the driver, please contact us via mobile.
If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes, a charge of 9 Ron (2 Euro) will be applied for every additional 30 minutes of delay.
The driver will wait for a maximum of 1 hour without any updates from you, after which the service will be considered canceled as a “no-show.”
