- Old Town - At 8 AM, your private guide will pick you up from your hotel in Bucharest and take you on a tour that you won’t easily forget. It’s just a one day trip, but you’ll go through three different ages: a king’s palace (Peles), a vampire’s castle (Bran) and a Teutonic town (Brasov). It’s time travelling time!

- At Peles Palace there is an optional photo tax of 35 lei (7 EUR) if you wish to take pictures inside.
- IMPORTANT! Peles Palace (interior museum) is closed on certain dates (see below). When the museum is closed, we can still visit the inner courtyard, royal gardens, servant quarters etc.
- Peles Museum Schedule:
- Summer season (May 7 – Sep 29): closed on Mondays
- Winter season (Sep 30 – 6 May): closed on Mondays & Tuesdays
- Annual maintenance (4 -27 November) closed entirely
- We don’t have child seats so please bring your own.

Great day trip from Bucharest. - We had a great day. Mihai was a fantastic guide. Highly recommend. If you have time it is a nice day trip from Bucharest. It’s worth it.

Two tours and bonus - I am so impressed and grateful to have gone on this tour with Mihai. It was a beautiful day, we had no traffic and it was absolutely gorgeous. The best part was all of the information and great conversation with Mihai. I really got to understand who King Carol was, what Brasov was about and appreciated Queen Maria and her stay at Bran even more than the story of Dracula. It was beyond my expectations and I learned so much about Romania, Transylvania and the history. It is such a beautiful country and it matters so much to go with someone who is both knowledgeable and looks out for their guests l. I honestly cannot thank or recommend this tour enough. Mihai even took his time to give me a full itinerary for a free day I had and I am so glad I took his suggestions. I got to see and dine in amazing hidden gems.

Excellent tour! Great guide! - Did a great day trip to Peles Palace, Bran Castle and Brasov. Mihai explained everything very well, knew many amazing photos spots to get the best shots from, and did his best to make sure the trip was wonderful. He is a very interesting person to tour with and we had a lot of great conversations on the road. I’m looking forward to going back to Romania again. Will definitely book with Mihai whenever I do go back.

Brilliant 'Taste of Tranyslvania' - Visited late September 2018 but just found that my original review wasn't listed on the Viator site I booked it through.
This was a brilliant tour from start to finish.
Mihai was our guide. He was brilliant. His knowledge of Romania is amazing.
We were picked up on time. We visited Peles Palas, Bran Castle and then Brasov.
I can highly recommend this tour. I'd do it again without any hesitation.

This is a fantastic way to see the... - <p>This is a fantastic way to see the Peles Palace and Bran Castle. Michael, our private tour guide was a wealth if information! We enjoyed every minute. The other great part was the sun was out all day!!! It was just beautiful! I would highly recommend this day trip for anyone wishing to hear the history and see the sights of this particular area.
