Very interesting walk and talk of the Communist period in Romania - Very interesting walk and talk of the Communist period in Romania. The guide was most informative with a perspective from his family's experiences and considerate with explanations given in the shade [it was hot in July] and supplied insect repellent against mosquitoes! Architecturally, it was good to move outside the Old Town to see local and period buildings. There was a welcome break from the heat at a lovely cafe with good coffee, juices and WCs.

Communism Tour more anti - Great tour with a knowledgeable tour guide. Gave us a lot of details about communism times. I would add more spice to it knowing how bad communists were. Tour didn’t give much details about horrible thing the regime did.
