Better than expected! - I ended up solo on thus tour as my friend was unwell. It was amazing and our guide Vlad was very helpful with recommendations and getting us first in line for the entrances. Peles Castle is under some refurbishment outside but gorgeous inside. There were plenty of bathroom breaks although some spots had a wait due to the crowds. I suggest eating and shopoing in Brasov and not getting tempted by the street food outside Bran Castle. It's a long day but it gets you out of the city and it's an opportunity to meet other like minded travellers. It was great learning about the history and culture as there's so much more to this tour than the Hollywood version of Dracula.

A great day out that’s good value - A really enjoyable day. 2 very different castles and a lovely stop in a town for lunch. The guide Pedro (Peter) was very engaging and knowledgeable. He was a font of knowledge and fantastic English. Bogdan was a great driver. Bus was clean, tidy and warm. Plenty of toilet stops. Only suggestion would be to visit Dracula's castle before Peles castle (Peles was more of a Palace and ostentatious). All in all we really enjoyed the trip and it was good value for money. (Castle entrance additional but still good value).

Tour castles - The entire Tour although challenging is impeccably organized with a tri-time schedule respected at best to allow you to see everything without worries of organization. Iulian through a piece of Romans has been able to tell the story that binds these territories to Romania and above all he has been able to involve everyone by telling the story of these Castles. We stayed in the Christmas markets period and in Brasov they are very nice. Thanks Iulian and Thanks to our driver who was able to accompany us for many km (about 400). Just for info the tour started at 7.15am from the University Square where we returned at 8.30pm. Highly recommended +++

Tour guide was elite, a master of his craft. Petru is a G.O.A.T guide - Our tour guide Petru was an incredible story teller! Highlight of the trip by far. I was on tenterhooks during his retelling of the life and history of Vlad the Impaler. I didn't expect the castles to cost more through the tour company (55 LEI more to precise), but what is an unexpected 55 LEI more, when you are witnessing a masterclass in tour guiding.

Very Good Experience - It was a really good and value for money experience. In the price was included the transportation and the guidance. If you visit it on busy days there's a chance you might wait a pretty long time in the line, despite the fact that you have a priority, since other groups might be visiting as well. Our guide provided a full tour in Pele's Castle and a brief historical overview about Bran's Castle, as the corridors were too narrow for the whole group to fit. However, during the whole journey the guide was very informative about the historical backgrounds of the places we were passing by and the places we were about to visit, and even cracking a joke every now and then making the whole tour more entertaining! The schedule was kinda tight, thus leaving little free time to explore the villages after visiting the castles. My only real suggestion would be better organising, since especially in the morning it can be very difficult and stressful to locate the bus for someone who is not local. I think that if something like a phone number of the guide, or a what's up group would greatly help with this, as I saw other people having the same thoughts.

I do not recommend the trip by excursion. - Unfortunately the guide ALEX descriminated us because I had already bought the entrance to the castle of Dracula, and when we went to the castle of fur did not let us in first, leaving us behind. As the journey is very long and the time very short I mistaken because the website said to buy the two castles for 18 euros so did not give me to buy the ticket to the entrance to the castle of fur due to the rush and a lot of queue. Because there was no need to waste time in the city of BRASOV, the city has no interesting attraction leaving us in a public square decorated for Christmas with all the boat boats closed. There was the end of the Picada, and in the end the incident at the Castle of Peles.
