Wonderful 13+ hour day - Great trip. Lots of driving through the countryside. Peles castle is a wonder. Bram Castle interesting. Our tour guide was knowledgeable with great English but hard to understand. The driver was exceptional. Patient and handling the traffic and many curves safely.

Thank you Rodica! Great day! - A fantastic day! A massive shout out to Rodica our tour guide who was amazing! It was a long day but it didn’t feel like it because of the number of stops and the different activities along the way. The castles are fantastic (a shame Peleş was closed but knew that already so didn’t matter) and Braşov is a great city to explore. Just the right amount of free time in each stop too, didn’t feel like trying to fill time. Coach was comfortable and the pick up and drop off locations were really central. Thanks for a great day!

Lots of history with a little vampire - Brilliant day jam packed with attractions and places of interest. Ioana was the best tour guide we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was very knowledgeable about the attractions, the country and its history. Was slightly disappointed that Bran’s Castle wasn’t Dracula themed but it didn’t take away from an amazing day.

We had a lovely day out... - We had a lovely day out visiting Peles and Bran Castle. We didn't realise how long the day was, expect at least 13 hours. Also note that you have to pay extra for the entry fees, we were asked for cash whilst on the coach. Finally, there is no official "lunch break", we ended up sort of snacking through the day.

A fun all day outing experiencing some of the best of Romania - A truly unique all day experience. The biggest issue is booking through Viator. Recommend to go direct as I've had these types of problems before with the communication between Viator and the company running the tour. In this case: 1) the time to meet was wrong (by only 10 minutes, but nonetheless off); 2) meeting location could have been right by the hotel vs the 1/2 mile stop told by Viator; 3) duration of tour was mis-stated - actually 13 hours; 4) no instructions on how to purchase tickets to go inside the castle. Recommend booking directly with the tour operator to avoid these problems.

Peles and Draculas castle - You don’t always get what you booked! We had to join a Spanish tour which diminished our enjoyment. The poor guide had to do a commentary in two languages. By the time he had finished explaining what we had gone by to the Spanish passengers we had missed it ! I think this caused a lot more standing around and reduced the times we had at the castles. Our guide was polite and did his best.

Broken dreams - awful experience- no plan B - Awful! 14h planned trip! Bus with broken toilet facilities... the bus suddenly broken in the middle of the way to Bran castle! No plan B had the agency so we had to wait for about 4h in the highway to get another bus.... it was too late already that we could not visit Bran castle and no visit to Brasov.... the next day we had our flight back to Helsinki so.... broken dreams all about the trip to Romania!

Awful company and organization - They are disrespectful and wasted my 70-year-old parents’ time. We booked the Peles and Bran tour with them, and we were supposed to depart on Wednesday at 7:40 AM. At 7:30 AM, they contacted us to cancel the tour due to snow and allowed us to reschedule for the next day, which we agreed to. I understand it’s not their fault, but they could have informed us earlier. The next day, I called at 7 AM to confirm if the tour was going ahead, and they told me that my parents (who only speak Spanish) had been placed in the Italian group and that the Spanish group was full. And all of this happened because I had the guide's phone number; otherwise, we wouldn’t have known until we got there. They refused to offer a solution other than having my parents join the Italian group and not understand anything or a refund and waste for the second time my parents' day in Bucharest. They should be ashamed.
