Great experience! Highly recommend! - Great walking tour! It was the perfect duration with the perfect amount of information, not too much not too little. Adrian is very knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun on the walk. We were treated like friends and not like customers. I highly recommend!

What a beautiful city! - Bucharest has so much to offer as a city. And it’s a city with many layers only revealed by a guide as knowledgeable and passionate as Adrian is. He is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and great to listen to. Walking around the city after the tour, it’s quite interesting to now notice the marks of history written onto the buildings and streets, details I would’ve missed otherwise. It was a really rewarding tour. He also recommended a few great Romanian restaurants as well and they were all amazing.

Bucharest tour with a local guide and personal touch - Went on Adrian's tour when I was in Bucharest. A wonderful tour guide who is passionate about his city and a great ambassador for his city and country. A great introduction to all the major sights in central Bucharest - I felt confident and oriented enough to set out alone the next day and see all the things I wanted in more detail including the concert hall! You also get to support a local hardworking guide.

Poor experience - We had high hopes for Adrian’s private tour, but unfortunately, our experience turned into a disappointment. Due to an unexpected illness (flu and fever), we were unable to attend the tour. We informed Adrian on the day, explaining our situation and rescheduling in two days with hopes we would be feeling better. On the next day we were feeling even worse and I was hoping we would get at least a partial refund, however, Adrian refused to offer any flexibility or understanding, insisting on keeping 100% of the paid amount, despite the fact that the tour never took place. While we understand that cancellations can be inconvenient, a bit of empathy and fairness goes a long way in customer service. Unfortunately, Adrian's rigid policy and lack of consideration left us feeling let down and frustrated. This experience has left a sour taste, and we cannot recommend this service to anyone seeking a more understanding and professional approach to unforeseen circumstances. Would not book again.
