About me: ‘I first became acquainted with the Jewish community and their culture over 15 years ago when I met my husband. From then on, I became part of a contemporary Jewish family. The matriarch of our family, with her zest for life, positive temperament and forward-thinking outlook, has been an inspiration for me. She’s the one who introduced me to these recipes, and for that, I’m deeply thankful to her for unveiling the mysteries of Jewish culinary art.’
