Beauty and tranquility. - Beautiful city park in the heart of the city. Lake suggestive and romantic. Castle that looks like something out of a fairy tale. Well-kept, clean and organized, it also houses the largest thermal baths in Budapest as well as the opportunity to take a hot air balloon ride. Absolutely not to be missed.

Great park - This is a very pretty park to walk around and enjoy. There is so much to see. Heroes Square, the thermal baths, the zoo etc, etc. There are many ways to get there, including the metro.

A place with locals - Sorry, I did not tool the self guided tour, but I think this is probably the best place to review the city park. After all the castles, the churches, the restaurants, the city park is a place for you to really interact with the local, drink their hot local wine. I boarded the metro from the stations right next to Merriott hotel, it only took a few stops to get to the hero's square, passed through the place where they were still in the process of building the ice skating ring. visited the Vajdahunyad Castle (Vajdahunyadvar), a small castle made your feel like you are in disneyworld Saw the Anonymus Szobor (Anonymous' Statue) and stopped at the museum of music looked at the architecture and enjoyed a free toilet. passed through Széchenyi Baths and Pool and took the metro back there were a lot of places where you can stop and enjoyed a drink

Good experience, worth doing - This was a really useful little self guided tour. When you purchase it, you need to download to listen through a different app (called Rewind) which I found a bit hard to do to start with as I am not the best technical person... But got there in the end Once you have found your tour start point the audio will start... And it runs automatically which is great as it leaves you free to just follow the directions....which are pretty clear. Would definitely recommend as an easy going, self paced tour
