Quick sightseeing trip - Good tour with an informative guide and a nice way to get a taste of Budapest. The tour was very full and led in two languages but handled well.

Very interesting tour - A very enriching visit! Our guide Dori (not sure of the first name) communicates the information very well. She speaks 4 languages, which is an important asset

Half day tour covering Budapest highlights, firmly recommended!! - Well organised tour, guide on board has over 40yrs of experience, rich in history and fluency in English is admirable. Tour was as per description, fortunately we had good 3-4hrs without rain interruption, walking around the Buda Castle, quality time spent visiting Matthias Church, Fisherman's Bastion, Heroes Square and pass by Margaret Bridge, State Opera House, House of Terror Museum and finally St. Stephen's Basilica on the exterior showcasing the famous Hungarian architectural masterpieces. Travel was made comfortable and not overcrowded, premium Bus with 5star driver. Strongly recommend this tour, families can enjoy as well as enthusiastic travellers.

We didn't like the tour... - We didn't like the tour guide Andrea. She gave us little information. We had to coax her to tell us information.

A huge disappointment. - This was a disappointing tour. The bus was packed -my husband and I were last to be picked up so was not able to sit with my him. I was in the back of the bus and could not understand the guide. She had a very strong accent and the microphone system was not working well. It was a very cold and windy day. I was frustrated mostly because I was not able to understand what she was saying. Didn’t know what I was looking at nor the history. The last stop was at a souvenir shop which clearly they got a kickback for bringing us in. I feel I learned nothing about Budapest.

Worst TripAdvisor Experience - I love Trip Asvisor and use them whenever I travel - but in this particular case, the tour was terrible. Mistake one was they took us to the wrong sites. We were supposed to go see Gellert Citadel and Buda Castle - we went to completely different sites. The bus was older and ac wasn’t good. The tour guide was very difficult to understand. I think they didn’t have enough folks so they combined English and German tours. Worst TripAdvisor experience ever.
