Wonderful cruise - It is a great cruise to enjoy with all kinds of company. We were attended by Chilly and Vincent who informed us great and were very friendly. Recommended!!

Very cool experience, good Danube tour company - The tour was great, seeing Budapest from the Danube at night is magnificent. I especially want to thank Vincent for helping us, we had the wrong berth and side of the river and yet the company allowed us to live the experience from the Pest part without surcharge. Thank you very much Vincent!!!

A really great experience - I was really satisfied with my cruise.
The staff was nice especially Vincenzo and Cristiano.
We did the 6pm happy hour cruise and was given a free drink to choose between the winter specialties (I took the "apple pie" made with traditional apple palinka, it was really nice and warming) or between some simpler drinks (for example glass of wine, beer, soft drinks etc).
My advice is to come in early to pick a place that overlook directly on the Duna river. Doesn't matter which side since the cruise circles around the river.
Overall the experience was really memorable. The atmosphere was really comforting, thanks to the jazz music and the nighttime monuments and it was a really nice time.
For the whole pack the price was convenient (19€ each), with even the possibility to use and audioguide on your phone (if you're interested in that bring your own earphones)

Amazing experience - The views were amazing! Very nice experience, had the hot wine while enjoying budapest and taking the nicest videos. The staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly it was one of the best experiences we had in Budapest with my partner. Five star!!!

Improveable, with the reverse turn you would see the Parlamemto illuminated. - Mr. John. Cristian at the entrance welcomed us in a kind way. The excursion was interesting, accompanied by a multilingual audio guide. The only flaw was the route, at 16:30 (one and only time) the boat left towards Parliament, and for this reason it was still off and we could not see it lit from the perspective of the river; the tour, one hour, if it had been done in reverse, would have allowed us to admire the illuminated Parliament, rather than a part of the city more peripheral that we could see even with natural lights. So nice, but improvable.

Nice evening cruise - It was a nice cruise for our first night in Budapest! I wish there was commentary of the places that we saw on the cruise. Otherwise it was fine!

discriminated against as an Asian - Our guide was racist, she took us the Buda Castle showed us a particular souvenir shop told us we had 10 minutes to explore, so I go in and it must have been 5 minutes and she peeks in while I am making a purchase says you are welcome to buy the whole shop if you like I will take the others to our next stop a cafe. She yelled out the name of the shop and just left me (I had done many many trips never had any guide behave like this) I quickly finished my purchase and quickly tried to meet with the group. The name she had told me (She said look for the Korona sign you wont miss it. I did not see any signs and was very worried. I called the agency and they messaged me the address so I finally made it. I was upset so the guide lady offered to share her cake !! I told her I was not comfortable she kept insisted sharing food with strangers is not something I am comfortable with. She kept telling us how Hungary was formed by Asian tribes whose religion was animalist and not good as an Asian it made me very upset. I felt very discriminated against
