On our strolling journey, we will visit the most opportune spots for your distinct Budapest photographs. After a short session on basic photography skills (only if you wish), mastering the camera settings, composition techniques, we start to inhabit strategic positions that the average sightseer might overlook. (Additional time can be provided if necessary. We can settle that immediately.)
In contrast to a regular urban stroll, exploring nearby points of interest isn’t our priority. Rather, our goal is to secure a beneficial viewpoint for your camera.

Knowledgeable photo walk guide - Zoltan was a great guide to shoot with. He knows his city well and took me to some great spots where the crowds were sparse but allowed for good composition. He is a good conversationalist. I enjoyed my photo walk and would recommend this tour.

The ideal photowalk full of curious sights - Zoltan is an excellent guide, was over punctual and just thought of everything.
Our photowalk started with a refresher on photo basics using examples and the corresponding settings.
The tour went on foot through different neighborhoods and was very entertaining.
Zoltan responded to my questions and wishes at all times and offered a program ideally suited to the external conditions.
Can recommend him and his tour to everyone without hesitation.

Bespoke photo tour exceeds our requirements; very pleasant, knowledgeable host - Zoltan met with us and after a few minutes conversation picked up on our wishes. He gave us historical background of our subject matter and guided us to architecture and sculpture that were exactly what we hoped to find.

Customised tour to my requirements, friendly and awesome! - Thank you so much Zoltan for offering a custom photo tour to help me scout out locations so I could photograph my friends before their wedding day. Your ideas were great to find some little special areas with less tourists and also trying to photograph things from different angles to add more interest in the popular touristic shots! You were so helpful and flexible when I needed to change the day which I really appeciate. Pleasant surprise - Was a really enjoyable walk for me as an absolute beginner. Zoltán helped me to see the things from another perspective through the camera, also he took us to good spots from where we could do almost "artistic" photos. I would recommend his tours for everyone, even if you aren't interested in photography. I wasn't neither, but thanks for Zoltan I started to enjoy it. Beside the photo technics he also knows a lot about Budapest.

Amazing time! - Zoltan is an amazing guide. Not only was he patient in explaining photography in a understandable way, knew the best night spots to take pictures, but also has a vast knowledge of history of this amazing city.
I highly recommend doing this tour if your vacation is in need of some great pictures.

Good for Going to Photogenic Locations - Budapest Photo Walks was good for going to locations that are photogenic in Budapest. Our sunset tour began about 15 minutes before sunset, whereas most sunset tours begin at least one hour prior to sunset. This is to take advantage of the soft light as the sun goes down (see the photo for the tour). The result is most the tour took place at night, resulting in photos that are high contrast--black skies against a lit buildings, bridges and skyline. What makes the photo shown good is the sky is blue and not pitch black. This may be an issue of taste; clearly, my preference would have been to start around 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. and go through 9 p.m. for my photos. This is the first sunset tour I've taken that began so close to sunset, and I have taken many photo tours and workshops over the past 26 years. I found this tour simply a means to learn about locations that you can return to on your own when the light is good.
