We would encourage people... - We would encourage people to take the long tour experience as it gave history, stories, and more sights in addition to the tour of the main Synagogue.

Great tour guide, but leaves you stranded far from the start. - Great tour, but be prepared, the tour guide ends far from where you started. If you don't know the city, which is most likely for tourists, you're on your own. We struggled to find out way back.

Viator was a good choice for our Jewish Quarter tour - Our guide, Milan, was wonderful taking us through the Jewish Quarter in Budapest. He showed us the usual places and some of the interesting places we would not have seen on our own. He was personable and explained everything while patiently answering all of our questions.

A synagogue that is unique and in its own way rivals many cathedrals - An excellent accounting of the history of the Jews in Hungary. The Dohany Street Synagogue is beautiful, and our guide, Milan, was outstanding.

Great tour - We explored the history of Hungarian Jews and discovered the uniqueness of synagogues and community around them. David was an excellent guide, clearly passionate about sharing both facts and personal stories. I only wish he had an audio device—it was hard to hear him at times with such a large group.
