- Vajdahunyad Castle (Vajdahunyadvar) - Located on Széchenyi Island in City Park, Vajdahunyad Castle is one of the city’s most distinctive and intriguing landmarks, attracting hundreds of thousands of tourists annually. It was used as a filming location for the mystical world of The Witcher, specifically as the courtyard of wizard Stregobor’s house.
- Andrassy Avenue - Walking tour: Andrássy Avenue, a boulevard in Budapest dating back to 1872, connects Erzsébet Square with Városliget. Recognized as a World Heritage Site in 2002, it is lined with stunning Neo-renaissance mansions and townhouses with exquisite facades and interiors. It is also one of Budapest’s main shopping streets, featuring fine cafes, restaurants, theatres, embassies, and luxury boutiques. Notable buildings include the State Opera House, the Zoltán Kodály Memorial Museum and Archives, the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, and the Ferenc Hopp Museum of East Asian Arts.
- St. Stephen’s Basilica (Szent Istvan Bazilika) - St. Stephen’s Basilica is one of Hungary’s most significant church buildings, named after St. Stephen, the founder of the Hungarian state. In the movie The Spy, Melissa McCarthy sped away on her red scooter in front of this building, making it a great spot for beautiful photos.
- Párisi Passage Restaurant - The Párisi Passage Café and Restaurant are housed in the award-winning, enchanting Párisi Udvar Hotel. A scene from the 2011 film adaptation of Le Carré’s novel “Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy” was filmed here. We will enjoy lunch at the restaurant while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
- Madame Tussauds Budapest - Immerse yourself in an exciting scene with one of Hollywood’s greatest actresses! Hop on the bike behind one of the biggest action movie stars, but hold on tight!
