It’s a MUST!! - LOVED this walking tour! It was a last minute purchase, but so glad we did it! We saw part of Budapest we never would have seen otherwise! And so informative! And interesting!

Great Product - will look for every city we visit - This was the perfect tour - it was raining but we headed out and enjoyed the afternoon, walking at our own pace and listening to the guide. Easy to set up on my IPhone. Guide was easy to listen to and the information was varied and interesting. Will definitely look to use this group again, checking to see which cities are available.

Excellent experience - What a great product - guide was excellent and we could hear every word as we walked and admired the architecture. Information was very interesting and as described, not a deep dive into the Jewish community (we got that at the Great Synagogue) but more information on the arts in the area. Easy to follow even in the rain as the play waits for you to get to your next stop and let's you know if you wandered away. Look forward to using this team again.

Trouble with customer service - I imagine this would have been a good purchase, however, we were unable to link the booking to the app. We inquired through customer service five days in advance, three days, and twice the day before but every single response was automated and in French. Each time I asked for their help the automated response said the same thing… that the activation was already completed under a different email…. but I knew that already!… that was my inquiry! They never helped so we just lost the money and never enjoyed the experience. I would give this one star but then I assume you wouldn’t read my review, thinking I was bitter. In actuality I am just frustrated. Thankfully I do speak French as a second language, but it didn’t help at all. Their customer service is a robot and doesn’t provide any service regardless. If you have no troubles, then enjoy. I think it is a great idea and affordable…. If it works.

Trip not taken - Unfortunately we could not do this trip due to an emergency. We hope to do it next time we are in Budapest.
