Spa is a Must Visit! - The baths are amazing. We had read some negative reviews about cleanliness but didn't notice anything worse than you'd find in a public baths in the UK. It is a very old building with lots of people each day and we thought it was kept incredibly clean. We went before 9am, there were no queues and it cost us approx £20 with a cabin each. We stayed 5 hours as it was so relaxing. There are lots of different rooms and pools inside the building. Make sure you check one of the maps that are around as its easy to miss some of the hidden gems. One warning- take off ALL your jewellery. My Pandora bracelet was very badly tarnished by the minerals, although I managed to bring it back to life with a lot of hard work and good polish. Also, 2 towels are best, keep one for drying after. It's cheaper to buy a towel in the city than hire one, we got ours in aldi. Definitely go- it's a must visit!

Great experience - A thoroughly enjoyable experience entering was easy. Having the locker was also great. We really enjoyed our time there. Using the Hop on Hop off bus was great very close to the Thermal pools

The experience was great and incredibly relaxing - I had a fantastic time at Széchenyi Thermal Spa with the full-day tickets! The experience was great and incredibly relaxing. The live music added a wonderful atmosphere, making it even more enjoyable. Everything was hassle-free, allowing us to fully unwind and take in the thermal baths. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a bit of luxury while in Budapest!

Mediocre experience - ***READ BEFORE GOING*** BRING TOWEL AND SANDALS/FLIPFLOPS! No towel rental - you have to buy a towel and flipflops and for ONE towel and two pairs was over £30. Was an ok experience but was very busy. Wouldn’t be in a rush back.

Beware! - Beware the Polinka museum was closed and we received a late email saying that the tasting would be done on the waterfront, close to the ChainBridge. The boat was depressing and the tasting was just half of what was expected. The Spa was as expected. NOT worth the money!

Disappointing - We did three trips in Budapest and this is the one we were looking forward to the most, sadly the building ( although once was probably amazing) was very tired and rundown and there were far too many people there. The saunas were full, with people filling the benches and standing to full capacity. The water in the pools did not look clean and the whole experience was disappointing. The only thing that saved the day was the beautiful weather and being able to relax on a sunbed, after waiting for people to leave to free a couple up.

Avoid spend you money doing something else - Only half the outdoor area was open and the pool wasn’t very warm at all. All the indoor areas were looking very tired and in some places dirty and need of repair. Some areas were closed and the inside area look really dreary like an old prison! Really over priced. I would avoid

Disappointed in Viator - I am very disappointed in Viator and how they handled my recent request. Viator advertised tickets for admittance into the baths along with a wine tasting. I purchased two tickets and added on the wine tasting. When we got there, the people at the baths said they did not have a wine tasting there and we would have to go across town. I asked Viator for a partial refund since the wine tasting wasn't included, but they rejected my request twice with no explanation. I've used Viator before with no problems, but thought this was very unfair for them to advertise something that didn't exist.

Spa great , viator company con - Spa was lovely very busy but relaxing and lots of different rooms to go in. We couldnt find the area to get our wine tasting and the lady in the spa said you have to go out of spa towards the city to museum to get it. Complete con by viator so will be asking for money back
