Relaxing day at the thermal SPA park - The swimming pools were very nice! I was provided with a cabin with its electric key bracelet to place my belongings!

Favorite part of my visit to Budapest - This spa is a quick, easy walk from the metro station. I recommend spending an entire day here, and spending the extra amount for the VIP treatment. As we were purchasing our tickets, a man approached our companions to try to up-sell them a VIP package and took them to another building to complete the transaction. We were suspicious at first, but ultimately got the same package they did. For roughly $125 pp, we ended up with all day (until 8pm) access to the pools, an hour long couples’ massage, access to the roof-top lounge if we wanted to nap in a hammock or chill among a tropical oasis, two fruit bowls, two hot teas, and a beverage. There are indoor an outdoor pools of various temperatures and sizes to choose from. There are several guests who obviously are “regulars” and they seem to bring their own waterproof chess games - interesting to observe or join in a game but everyone we saw playing was quickly defeated. There are places to sit and eat lunch or to get a quick bite to take to the outdoor seating areas. Throughout the day we saw a hot air balloon (tethered) rise and fall a short distance away which made for beautiful pictures.

Best way to spend a morning or afternoon - The facility was organized, beautiful, clean and efficient! A beautiful way to spend a half or full day in Budapest. Food and drinks are on site to purchase and I felt safe with my items in the lockers. Staff were kind and helpful.

A lovely way to relax in a city - We had been advised to go early, to avoid the crowds so we arrived at 8:30am and watched the pools fill up as the morning progressed. It also meant we had a choice of sunbed. We purchased tickets with a cabin and thought it was worth the money. Remember to bring your own towels (we did) and flip flops (we didn’t) otherwise you’ll pay a hefty price to purchase at the door. We enjoyed the experience and found it a relaxing way to spend a few hours.

Nice experience - Nice experience if you are looking for an interesting swimming pool and tanning place … need to be early to avoid the queues and find a massage session … I would repeat the experience … take your towels and flip flops

This Spa is fun rather than relaxing - Trying all the saunas, steam rooms and plunge pools was fun. The outdoor pools are good but crowded, and hard to find a sunbed. You need footwear, IE flip flops a towel and a swimming hat for the lane swimming pool, all are expensive there so bring with you

Nice experience if not could do with better cleaning - Thermal spa itself was lovely if not very over crowded when we went. Had our own changing booth which was filthy though really need to take time to mop floors and slow down taking money to be honest. Beautiful building and overall nice experience

Ok experience, but advance ticket is not necessary - Just buy a ticket at the door. This ticket was more expensive and not necessary. The bath was ok, the exterior was nice. The indoor thermal pools were not as well maintained as others in Budapest. Glad I saw it, but I had a better experience elsewhere.

Not really thermal baths rather an expensive pool and not really clean - We went there in early August. It was crowded!!. We had to wait for the saunas. No steam room. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It's expensive for the equivalent of a municipal pool. The Gellert Baths, even if they are covered are much better. Otherwise to swim while cooling off, there is Lake Balaton.

Buy a ticket at the place and save $$- this is a scam - The tour is very misleading. There is no tasting offered at the baths and they did not give us a locker even though this shows we paid for one. Worker told me this booking is a lie and the only thing they offer is the bath entrance. SO MAD we wasted our money. 0/5. Tried to get my money back bc of the lie and they said they never refund… Viator is a joke. They told me after we left that the tasting is at another location. No location information was provided day of so we couldn’t do it
