Ice Bath Experience - The ice bath experience at Budapest's oldest spa was amazing, thanks to the precise cooling from this unit. The staff provided excellent prep and guidance, making the plunge both safe and invigorating. Inspired by this experience, I ordered a PolarBath.com Chiller Pro for home use and now enjoy ice baths twice a week.

An invigorating ice bath experience! - A fantastic ice bath experience, perfect for first timers! We were made to feel extremely comfortable and were given brilliant practical tips and techniques that we can now happily put into practice at home. With a focus on breathing and relaxation, this experience acts as a reminder of how important it is to stay calm in situations that would normally be out of your comfort zone. It was invigorating! Relaxing, add to your List of visiting Budapest - The staff was extremely friendly and the experience was worth every dollar. I would go here as a couple or just some friends hanging out before we head to the club

Also good for solo traveler - Nice beer and snack. room is quiet, they also have private space for one tube. The staff is so kind.

Chilled relaxation - Had a very relaxing few hours at the spa and the highlight was the beer spa. Throughly enjoyed it. The spa is set just across from a stunning park area, and the building itself is beautiful. We enjoyed our time here.
