Perfect introduction to the city - Me and my partner had an amazing experience on the walking tour - our guide Edith was very friendly, knowledgable and happy to answer questions. This was the perfect start to our trip, seeing some of the major sites as well as learning the history of the city. We also got plenty of amazing tips for places to eat and visit during our stay. We'd really recommend this experience if you're looking to get to know the city and learn along the way.

Good long-term, 20th century history and current events - Gary gave us a great tour of Budapest with insight and history only a local could do. We loved learning more about Hungary's inception, history, experiences from the World Wars, and what it's currently like to live in Budapest. Thanks Gary!

Awesome walking tour in Budapest. - Rita was an amazing tour guide. Wonderful sense of humor with loads of knowledge about the city and important historical events. She was always welcoming of questions and made sure everyone was accounted for in each stop. Cannot recommend it enough. This tour is in the Pest side of Budapest.

Great Tour with Rita - Rita was amazing. First time doing the free walking tour - was a bit skeptical that it would be worthwhile but it was exactly what I wanted. Rita was funny, engaging, friendly and very insightful

Excellent walking tour - Andy was a brilliant guide with excellent knowledge. His recommendations are outstanding. We have visited 2 restaurants, 1 nightlife and 2 different wines. All of which we would have missed out on. Thank you

Beauty Personified - Budapest is the city to go to if you want to see beautiful architecture, eat well and do lots. It is the most beautiful city we have ever visited. There is something eye catching down every street. When the street lights go on in the evening it has the appearance of an enchanted land in a fairy story. Two restraints to blow your mind are the Vouge boat restaurant. (Fabulous inside) and Margaret’s. On the very end of the Margaret bridge. Walk over the bridge it’s fab plenty of atmosphere. Walk over the bridge to get up to the castle ( never mind the bus) enjoy the walk and the quaint streets. ENTRANCE IS FREE. the only downside is the cost of the fanicular railway to get back down to the road YOU ARE OBLIGED TO BUY A RETURN TICKET MEGA BUCKS . Highly recommend the Szechenyi Spa Baths. (Go by taxi). It’s fabulous and enjoy walking around the swirl pool. Basically a circular section you enter and the force of pumped water propels you round. And it’s lovely and warm. Regards and enjoy. Roy
