Love this company - Nancy got us all set up and comfortable with an Ebike since we had never ridden one. She gave us a map and an excellent trail selection. She then guided us through town to the trailhead so we didn't get lost. The views and experience were stellar. Top notch customer service. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Loved exploring BV via e-bike! - This was a fun little afternoon activity we planned after our morning fishing trip. Check in and bike set up was super easy - everything (bikes, helmet, water bottle, and emergency poncho which we ended up needing!) was ready for us. Katie showed us the railroad route and gave us a little how-to for the bikes, and we were off! We spent about 2 hours doing the ~22 mile trip out and back. It was very relaxing and a fun way to see more of the area. The bikes went up to 20+ mph but of course you can take it much slower than that. We watched some rafters doing the Numbers in the Arkansas River as well which was fun! If it hadn't started raining on our way back we probably would have explored further but we enjoyed the time we did have!

Fantastic bike rental - The people there were super friendly and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable with both the bikes and the route. They made several suggestions for great paths and they were all amazing. They even helped us with a friend’s bike that needed a quick adjustment. I highly recommend them!

Breathtaking views on our 20 mile ride - Breathtaking views and a wonderful, easy ride! We had a wonderful experience with the e-bikes trekking 20 miles round trip ( about 2.5 hr duration with stops along the way to take in the sites) alongside the raging Arkansas River with breathtaking views of the mountains. We bike regularly (non-e-bike) yet choose an e-bike tour due to the high altitude and our desire to cover a lot of ground and not be winded. We were hoping to see some rafters or kayakers yet learned afterwards that no tours occurred due to high water levels today. Katie warmly greeted us and fitted us for our bikes and helmets. We are tall and appreciated her mentioning that they took special care in arranging our bikes so that we would have a comfortable ride. The bikes were well maintained and we had no issues. We would highly recommend and return again.

Live the Journey! - If you're on the fence about booking this activity, let me help you out.. BOOK IT! We had the best time and literally couldn't wipe the smile off of our faces. The bikes are easy to ride and the bike trail is wide and mostly flat. There are beautiful views as you ride along the Arkansas River. Easy peasy! Do it! Live the Journey!

Great adventure ! - My daughter and I had a wonderful time on this 3 hour adventure. The recommended riding location is perfect and spectacularly beautiful. It is 18 miles, 9 out and then back, with very few vehicles and a wonderful variety of sights from short tunnels to climbing areas to gorgeous camping and fishing along the beautiful Arkansas river. I took off one star as my ebike was a bit uncomfortable for a couple of reasons. I am a regular cyclist and also own an ebike so I know how they should ride. The fat tires were way overinflated for my weight of 115 lbs giving me a very harsh ride. I believe they were around 20 psi and I would normally be around 7. Also the Bafang rear hub motor had a long latency before kicking in after starting to pedal which was challenging on uphill starts requiring some nervous balancing and hard pedaling. I have ridden Brose and Shimano motors and never experienced the surging and hesitancy my bike had. My daughter’s bike was much better although her tires were also overinflated. Much of the ride is on unpaved road with washboard in the last few miles which we found unrideable at any speed.
