After lunch, you will ride a horse or tractor through the forest for about 30 minutes, where you will see a 30 meter high waterfall, where you can take pictures and enjoy this natural spectacle. The next stop is the spa with a sauna, mud baths and hot springs.

Look no further for the #1 tour - Our family travels frequently and this is hands down one of the best tours we’ve ever done. The variety of activities fit the bill perfectly. The food was fabulous. Our tour guide Alejandro was exceptional. Do not miss this tour!!

Zipline adventure - First time to do zipline and I had Eric with me the whole time. It was so much fun. The hot springs were refreshing and the bus ride is very informative. Highly recommend

Zip line excursion - Johnny and Caesar our guides were the best!! We loved the zip line, hot springs mud bath and water slide. Johnny was very friendly, fun and informative and Caesar was our fun driver. Would recommend!

Lots of adventure! - Our family had a fun adventure day here. It is a full and jam packed day. The zip lines are super fun and offer amazing views. The water slide is also a must do. You can go as many times as you would like. They supply towels at the end. It is a bit of a hike to the waterfall but worth it if you can do it. We also enjoyed the hot springs to end the day. The lunch was tasty and made with fresh ingredients from the farm. Everyone was very friendly.

Worth the trip - The Zip Lines were great! We also went horseback riding, did the water slide, watched how they use Sugar Cane and saw how pottery is made. Definitely plan on a full day.

The best day. - My second tour with Costa Rica Nature Experiences was full of adrenaline, I did zipline, I had a little cultural tour, I went horseback riding, I walked on suspension bridges, and I enjoyed traditional lunch, finally I relaxed in hot springs, Liz the owner she was very sweet and helped me choose the tour that had everything in one.

Experience with the best in adventures and family vacations - My parents came to Costa Rica and they did not know what excursions to do, I started to investigate the best tour operators and they recommended this company to us and I must tell you that it is the best in the area, the guides are the best they have a very good service, the information on each tour is very detailed, they offer excursions for all types of families, adventures, family members, natures I recommend them 1000% my parents left happily for Denver

Nice day - We are 2 couples, we went to Buena Vista Combo, Liz made sure that everything was ready for our tour day, and our tour guide Rafa was the best really informative, funny and very helpful, we had an amazing time & had delicious drinks.

Viator let me down badly - This review is for my experience with Viator only and not the actual tour itself with the local company. I booked with Viator and they confirmed my booking and also reconfirmed a few days before. The day before the tour itself, I tried to contact them as no details of our actual pick up time had been provided. Each time I called from Costa Rica, my call was dropped at the point where I was put on hold as the rep looked into my booking. I have the second rep my phone number to call me back in case my call was dropped. It was but no return call. On my third attempt, the rep told me that giving my number does not help as they can’t make outgoing calls! My call was dropped the third time. I was eventually able to get through directly to the local company who were awesome and I will leave a review for them on their page. They explained that Viator is a large company and this has happened before. Although Viator allowed me to book with them and they confirmed my booking several times, they hadn’t actually let the local company know about my booking! I had to prove that I had paid and the company had to scramble to find a guide for our tour. I had an email from Viator the day after my trip to let me know about my upcoming trip! My experience with Viator was terrible and they seem very disorganized. I would highly recommend researching your tours on Trip Advisor and booking directly with the local companies. I had done this for my other tours but could only find this one at a reasonable price through Viator. Lesson learned!
