Buenos Aires - This 2-day, 1-night excursion to Montevideo begins early in the morning (around 6 AM) when the driver collects you from your hotel or Airbnb and transports you to the Buenos Aires ferry terminal.

After completing customs procedures (ensure you have your passport), you will board the ferry for a 2-hour journey across the Río de la Plata, which separates Argentina from Uruguay. During the ride, enjoy breathtaking views as you cross the world’s widest river and take in the panoramic sights of Montevideo and the Uruguayan coast as you approach.

Montevideo - Upon arrival in Montevideo, your local guide will greet you, and you will embark on a tour of the city’s top attractions. Over the course of three exciting and discovery-filled hours, you will explore the unique atmosphere of Montevideo, a city that blends Latin American and European cultural influences.

Admire the colonial architecture in the Old City and Independence Square, learn about Montevideo’s rich theatrical and musical history at the country’s oldest and most important theater, be amazed by the architecture of Uruguay’s tallest building, stroll along the waterfront, enjoying spectacular views of the urban beaches, and stop at the Agricultural Market to learn about traditional Uruguayan products.
