• Helmets are mandatory in Buenos Aires and are provided along with a lock, bike lights (for overnight rentals), and a child seat if needed (for children up to 23kg/50lbs), all at no extra cost.
• Riders are required to leave a valid physical ID (Passport, driver’s license, etc.) as a deposit. Digital copies are not accepted. Alternatively, a deposit of USD 200 per bike can be made via PayPal as a guarantee. This amount will be refunded through PayPal once the bike is returned safely.
• For 24-hour rentals, bikes must be stored in a secure location overnight and not left on the street.
