Great for football fans - My husband is a huge football fan so we couldn't resist seeing where Maradona played. The stadium & museaum tour was a great insight into its inception & it's history. Tour guide was great in translating.

Great tour - Great tour undertaken with some die hard Boca supporters. Our guide whose name I didn’t get (although may have been Louisa) was very informative and was able to translate into English for us non Spanish speakers. This is somewhere I have always wanted to visit and was not disappointed - can only imagine what it’s like on match day though!

Stadium and Museum - The experience was excellent, a lot of things to see at the museum, the guides where very kind answering questions, and the explanation and view of the stadium was amazing.

What a great experience - We always try to visit iconic stadia when we are away and this one is a real treat, excellent museum with an abundance of exhibits, trophies and screens showing historic BJ moments in history. We were taken on the tour itself by Augusto, who spoke with a clear passion about how this is the team for the everyday working man in BA. The stands are encased in high fencing and no seats at the ends, which takes you back to pre-all-seaters in the UK, you get to visit the "away" changing room and also get to hear how much better equipped the "home" one is by comparison. Would highly recommend getting a "skip-the-line" ticket, as the queue was pretty sizeable when we arrived early in the morning. Well worth a visit.

Boca Stadium Tour - Really enjoyable tour, which was in Spanish but the young lady guide took time to explain main points in English which was much appreciated.

Had a fun day in Boca - Always like to visit a classic football stadium and this is worth the visit. The history and surrounding Boca area are the impressive part , the stadium is unique but nothing like some of the European or North American stadiums. Its age shows and the pitch certainly leaves something of a “ in need of care “ impression. The museum was good but the area surrounding the stadium and the locals were what I enjoyed the most of my day in Boca area of Buenos Aires.

Great visit - What an amazing stadium. Really enjoyed our visit but you need to do a full tour with a guide to get the best visit. Our guide took us behind the scenes and in the changing rooms etc. She told us about the history and the stories behind the club.

Just Okay - We purchased the tour tickets at the stadium upon arrival on a Saturday early afternoon. We were offered 3 different packages and we went with the most expensive called the VIP package. Once we walked in we were offered an additional package to go see the Libertadores Cup. We were never told this when we first purchased our tour tickets. We didn't buy it because we didn't want an additional expense. When it was time to start we went in with a very large group of about 130 people. VIPs and non-VIPs were in the same large group. The only thing the VIP band got us was a picture and entrance to the fitting room. At this point, people who did not have the VIPs band were told to leave. It felt unkind and cruel for the guides/club to do that. They should have separate tours for the different packages they offer and not mix people into one group in order for them to save money by not providing an additional guide. At the end of the tour there's a gift shop and a restaurant to grab a bite to eat. We had empanadas, one of the best we had in Argentina. They were about US$1.30 each.

Would not recommend - Terrible tour. Very badly organized. We arrived at the spot shown on the app and waited for 30 minutes. There wasn’t anyone there from the tour company to provide any direction. We finally just bought our own tickets ending up on a Spanish tour. At least we saw the stadium.
