Biking through Buenos Aires - Had a full day tour with Santi at Bike Buenos Aires. Started in San Telmo and La Boca. Wonderful lunch in Puerto Madeira then on to Centro, Pink Palace and then to Retiro, Recoleta and Palermo. Highly recommend this tour!

THE BEST OF THE BEST IN BUENOS AIRES - Excellent option! I'm from Guatemala. I took the 7-hour bike tour to get to know the city of Buenos Aires and I can say that it has been one of the best experiences of my life. The guide, Martina, was amazing. He knew many anecdotes and told the history of Argentina very entertainingly. They gave me a delicious lunch in Puerto Madero and I got to know the memorable and unmissable highlights of Buenos Aires. Excellent option! I recomend it to you! Top10

Nice trip, but should provide water for an all-day bike trip! - Great experience for a day with good weather. Only complaint is water was not provide and really should be provided! It’s not possible to bring enough water for an all-day hike trip! Our guide had 2 full bottles of water when we didn’t have any. This was a major inconvenience.

Great guide, average bikes & odd venue for lunch. - Our guide Santi was a lovely guy and great fun but some aspects of the tour were disappointing. The bikes were not in great condition and one only had one gear, we walked up to the entrance of Recoleta Cemetery but did not go in, the lunch venue was away from everything else and would have been better in a busier tourist area with more atmosphere, some of the ‘facts’ we were given were incorrect. But overall we enjoyed the tour thanks to Santi.

Too far on a heavy bike with no gears - We booked a full day with lunch. The morning and lunch were great, but in the afternoon, we seemed to cycle for miles, mostly uphill in the blazing sun on heavy bikes with no gears. By the time we got back to the shop we had lost the will to live and were exhausted. In hindsight, we should have done the morning tour only. Buenos Aires city centre is a challenge to cycle in, there are bike lanes, but downtown the drivers, especially the busses and taxis disregard them. You have to be very alert or you could get knocked off. We had a couple of near misses and I actually had a crash with a phone zombie who strode out in front of me when I had a green light. If you like dare devil cycling, this is for you.

Good view of city, but leaves a lot to be desired - We enjoyed our full-day tour, however, we have more suggestions for improvement than commendations. One big suggestion would have been to show us a map of the city before the tour so we would have a basic understanding of the geography. Second, the equipment is very tired and wasn’t checked before departure. The helmets were ill-fitting and the bikes needed a lot of tuning. One persons bike had non-functional back brakes! The lunch stop was a nice restaurant, but was way too ok g. The tour guides were on their phones for most of the lunch while we sat around waiting after having finished our meal. In fact, one guide, Santi, was on his phone the entire tour and would go missing from time to time. Lastly, this tour needs to be no more than 5 or ) people. Our group was 9 people and there was a lot of waiting around because the group would get separated by stop lights or slow bikers.
