- Tinogasta 5037 - To learn how to cook a barbecue in Buenos Aires, all you need is the desire to share an unforgettable moment by the fire. In a typical neighborhood of the City, far from the noise of the center, my terrace is ideal for meeting around the grill and for anyone to enjoy this unique experience. You will learn how to make a barbecue in the best way: by doing it yourself. We will do it together, step by step, according to your knowledge and experience. While we receive the diners in my house, after lighting the fire, you will learn about the different cuts of meat that we use and cook them on the grill to the ideal point to taste them: a first step of chorizo, blood sausage and sweetbreads, followed by our typical cuts of meat, such as the “vacío”, the “bife de chorizo” and my favorite: the “tira de asado”. Of course, all accompanied by an exclusive selection of Argentine wines. At BAsado you’ll do much more than just watch and eat: You’ll make your first barbecue, share it with whoever you want and, most importantly, you’ll experience the barbecue ritual like a local.
