ALRIGHT - the views were magnificent we took a lot of photos, Ideal for going around the city, seeing the most important places on a short stay. Would do this experience again.

Confusing - It was very hard to find our first stop and it confusing about exchanging the voucher for the tickets. You need better instructions.

Great Tour let down by some issues. - Great tour but let down by a couple of issues. Bus stop identification outside of the city centre was poor meaning I missed a couple of buses. Also, the tour ended abruptly mid-circuit without prior warning (times of closure on web site but need to be advertised more clearly - ideally on the buses). Had to get a cab as I was miles away from my embarkation point near my hotel. Notwithstanding this, it’s still a great tour and the best way to see the city.

No tour maps. Where are we? - They didn't have tour maps or way ok knowing where things were once you gotoff. Thank God for the long lines or couldn't have found the stops

OK Hop On Hop Off - Difficult to get information about the navigation from Viator and tour operator regarding location. Some stops are incorrect and not designated. One bus did not stop at our desired stop so we have to walk back. They need to announce each stop but they do not..

Bad information - Excessive difference in prices and information.. Be very careful when purchasing. They may offer you the. Same product for the equivalent of 40 dollars a day, for 20 and on the page up to 12 for two days. And when you pay, they charge you US$35 for each day, thinking that you pay US$10. Likewise, the offer is incomplete or misleading in the sense that it pays for tour and navigation (WiFi), which does not exist on most buses.

Underwhelming in content and quality. - The pick up point was not where were advised to go and the audio quality was poor in two ways: technically, it kept cutting out, in addition, there were very large gaps in the information provided where we drove for significant distances past seemingly interesting sites without any information provided. Where information was given, it was good, but the overall experience was quite disappointing.

Dreadful - Long wait time up to two hours, Not how we choose to spend our precious vacation time. Competitor had five buses (yellow bus) pick up patrons. We finally got onto the gray line city tour, only 4 seats were left which meant approx 25 people left still waiting. Not what we are used to with your service which we have used many times world wide.

USE THE YELLOW BUS, NOT THE RED ONES - USE THE YELLOW BUS, NOT THE RED ONES BAD SERVICES, LESS BUS, LESS CONFORTABLE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, NOT ON TIME. BECAUSE OF MARATHON SERVICE WAS INEXISTING BUT THEY DID CHARGE AND LAUGH AT ME BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY AFTER WAITING AN HOUR.
