This delightful full day trip presents an exclusive chance to interact with the Argentine Gaucho, experience his traditional music and dances, and partake in a genuine gaucho celebration. The festivity takes place at an attractive countryside estate, an old farm on the periphery of Buenos Aires. The host family will receive you warmly, and serve you typical Argentine delicacies like ‘Empanadas’ (meat pie) and superb Argentine wine. There will be a chance to go horse-riding and stroll around, taking in the sights of the Argentine ‘pampas’. Following this, a traditional Argentine ‘asado’ (B.B.Q.) lunch will be served, featuring ‘chorizos’, steaks, salads, dessert and coffee. Post lunch, get ready to be entertained by a folk music performance, and Argentine song and dance. Afterward, you will have the opportunity to watch the ‘carrera de sortijas’ (ring-race) and the ‘carrera cuadrera’ (horse races), two popular events where gauchos demonstrate their excellent horse riding abilities.
