5 star Argentine cooking class - This cooking class is a 5 star experience. Not only do you prepare from scratch the empanadas and alfajores, but you learn about Argentina’s culture too. You get to enjoy your hard work too by eating the amazing food you helped prepare. We also got to take some home! You also get to have some matte too. The cooking instructor and her helper were amazingly kind, patient, and attentive.

Estupendo! - Great that I was able to expand and refresh my Spanish again, even though everything was actually in English. Everything was explained to me in Spanish. Everywhere we were allowed to lend a hand, everything was great friendly, fun and exciting. Thanks for the perfect hospitality! Highly recommended!

A Fun Afternoon in Buenos Aires Learning to Cook Some Local Cuisine - We really enjoyed our afternoon in Buenos Aires with Valentina and our small group learning how to make empanadas. It was a very hands on activity with some of us making and forming the dough and others cutting up the fresh vegetables. We also made shortbread cookies which were used to create the Alfajores by using 2 cookies with dulce de leche in the middle, making a small cookie sandwich. We were also able to experience the traditional drink of Mate. We had enjoyable conversation with the group during our time there. Highly recommend this activity.

Fun, educational and relaxed - The atmosphere was very relaxed, despite the full group. Thomas and Cynthia were very friendly. The nice thing about the workshop is the three parts. First make the Maté and the customs that go with it. Then make the empenadas, both the filling and the dough. Finally, the alfajores for dessert. It easy to follow, cozy and you also have good food. Our group was also very nice which added some extra.
