Great great show!! - I actually highly recommend this. I went alone and without any invective just to see a show and was left very impressed and emotional from such a great experience. This was a really good show!

I was thinking this would be cheesy and touristy, but it was not ... DON'T MISS IT! - I planned most of our BA trip and I have to be honest ... I didn't even look into a tango show because I assumed it would be touristy and cheesy. My wife booked this while we were in BA, and boy am I glad she did! This show was fantastic. And the dinner was EXCELLENT! We booked the VIP, which means that we had dinner at one of four tables right next to the stage. It wasn't a huge venue anyway (24 tables?), so I'm sure everyone had a good view. The dinner comes with a starter, main and a desert from about 7 or 8 different selections each. We all got the steak, which was an obvious choice (but there were many other options that were tempting). It was fantastic. And the starters and deserts we got were great too. All in all, it was one of the best meals we had in Argentina and the steaks were so large we had leftovers to take home. The wait staff is very professional and attentive. Without the show, this would be a 5-star restaurant. You do NOT feel like cattle being herded through a tourist trap. It was an EXCELLENT meal with fantastic service. The show is top-notch. The accordion player is out of this world and all the musicians were so good. And the singing and dancing is very professional. The gaucho part of the show was wonderful too. I have seen many, many shows on Broadway, and this is that type of quality production. And with the venue being so small, it is right in front of you. We also had hotel pickup and drop-off and that was seamless. I HIGHLY recommend not missing this show if you visit BA.

We were impressed by the professional show! - We went there as a family with two kids (10 and 12 years old). We chose this place because they had the early show. We were all happy with the delicious meal and the professional performance of tango, folklore performance with live music. Our waiter Mr. Carlos was very kind and helpful to give us the recommendation for the food as well.

Superb traditional Argentine tango - Recommended! - This is a traditional tango show, 2 hours earlier than most... Ending before 10pm. The 4-piece band was excellent, the 10 dancers superb! So many different costumes and styles of dance, all artistically and carefully performed. Highly recommended.

Worth a visit - Beautiful building. Great band, good show. My only suggestion is the waiting staff don’t clean cutlery and sort plate while the show is on, we were at the back and it was quite distracting

Early Tango Dinner Show with Semi Private Transfer - My husband and I went on a trip to Argentina Sept 20-22, 2024. A month ahead I called Viator and booked an Early Tango Dinner Show for Sept 21, 2024 (show only, no transfer, no dinner). Agent told me that the "dinner with show" option was sold out and that only the show option was available for USD155.71 for two. Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, I called the restaurant, El Aljibe, and bought dinner for USD70 (USD35 each) It turned out that only 8 tables were occupied. Lots of tables were unoccupied. The agent gave me incorrect information. Our guide gave us a price list showing USD60 per person for both dinner and show at that location. For two people, I paid a total USD225.71. Our guide’s price for two was USD120. That is a USD100 difference! Please explain: 1) Why did viator tell me that there were no more dinner and show tickets available when there were lots of unoccupied seats at the venue? 2) Why is Viator’s price way higher than the actual price and Viator claims that they have the lowest price.
