A story that goes into the heart. - Visiting the Colón Theatre was like traveling in time, an experience that goes straight into the heart. The greatness and history of the place envelop us in an exciting way, transporting us to another era. It was unforgettable to live this moment with my family and to give my son the chance to know such a magical and cultural space. A place that touches the soul and leaves memories forever.

visit to the Teatro Colòn - Andrea’s guided tour on October 24 at 13.15 was amazing. Apart from all the detailed explanation about the beauties of the theater you could see the great love that he has. The theatre is obviously magnificent but it is very important that the guide is good and in this case it was excellent. Recommended visit and obviously Andrea

Good not excellent. - Good Tour, wish it was smaller also it was difficult to hear the Tour guide. Headset will be ideal if there is more then 15 people. Thank you. MC

Teatro Colón - English Guided Tour - Tour guide English was impossible to understand and extremely rehearsed - almost like a script was typed into google translate. Also the group was too large for what the tour was intending to accomplish.

Teatro Colon - English Guide, not recommended - Participated in a tour on a Saturday around 1:30pm. The tour did start on time. however, I would not recommend it. I found the tour to be a waste of time and underwhelming. I would have rather saved my $46 and walked around myself. The group is very large which leads to trouble hearing the tour guide. Our tour guide's enunciation was not up to par for an English-led guide. I learned only one fact about Mozart and one fact about the seating arrangements in the auditorium. Given there are so many people in the group, it's hard to take pictures as well. The tour itself is relatively short. We saw the first floor, a banquet room and the auditorium.

Poor services - Confirmation number 1523960667… Booking ref. BR113 85 88997 Too whom it may concerned The time of our guided tour was changed yesterday by someone name Thomas from Viator From 3 o’clock our guided visit of the Theater Colon was changed to 1:30 pm today because of demonstration planned for late afternoon. (which was not the case ) We arrived at 1:15 at the theater and we went inside the Theatre to the guided tours sign! Nobody ever heard about Victor. We walk around,, asked a few place for Thomas or Victor.. No body was able to help. AT 1:35 we used our tickets and went inside the theater but obliged to stick with a group of about 60 persons. Very unpleasant.. This is not what we paid for.. We did not have a private guide, So, I am requesting a full refund for an obligation not fulfilled by Victor Rhéal Leroux 613-862-3837

Scammed by Viator - I booked with Viator, as I have in the past, but arrived at Teatro Colon to find that my online tickets were inaccessible and in fact, I had paid DOUBLE the theatre price. Thus, to have the tour cost me triple price for 2 people. Scammed by Viator. Unbelievable! The ticket agent at the theatre had seen this before?!?!? Really? Couldn’t be less impressed.
