Amazing experience, 100% recommended - From the moment I set foot in that house, I felt super welcome. It has a very warm and cozy atmosphere, simulating an authentic Argentine asado experience. It so happened that the River-Boca superclásico was being played during the experience, which added even more to the ambiance, with the fans' cheers from the street every time someone scored a goal. The owner of The Asado Experience, Belén, is an inspiring woman who conveys her passion for barbecue while teaching guests about all the cuts and little tricks to prepare the perfect asado. The hosts are also wonderful women who share their experiences and anecdotes, making you feel like part of a big family. The asado itself is truly incredible, featuring premium meat, and each cut has its characteristic flavor, cooked to perfection with careful attention to timing and seasoning. The wine is also exceptional, and thanks to this experience, it became one of my favorites. What attracted me most to this experience was the cultural exchange that flourishes through conversation. Each participant, both guests and hosts, shares a bit of their story and what asado means to them, creating a beautiful bond among everyone. Another thing that caught my attention, and fascinated me, was the fact that this is a women-only business, which breaks the stereotype of the "asador" and shows that a person's gender has nothing to do with their ability to make barbecue. Wonderfully different Experience in Buenos Aires, Highly Recommended! - We have been to Buenos Aires countless times wih my wife Claudia, but for our latest trip I thought that we should try something different. So I came across the "Asado Experience" and booked the midday option on a friday. I had just told my wife that we were going to eat Steak for lunch and not much else. When we arrived at the House, she looked at me and said "where is the restaurant?" I replied that there was no restaurant and she was a little baffled. We were greeted by Francisca (Panchi) with her Official "Asado Experience" Grill Apron and immediatelly made us feel at home. We met another delightful couple from Colombia, Andrés and Daniela and our host Belen arrived a few minutes later. Milena, a prospective new addition to the AE Team, completed our Group. For the next 3+ hours, we had nothing but the most enjoyable afternoon, with cheerful conversation, countless stories and anecdotes from Belen and the others and of course, valuable information and facts about what makes up the true and original argentine asado experience. There is just no comparison between visiting Belen and her enthusiastic team of collaborators and going to a regular restaurant. We had the best Choripan ever, we learned how to prepare the famous Chimichurri Sauce and acquired all the necessary tips to become a top grill master. Belen is passionate about her business and when passsion and talent coincide, you cannot go wrong.
