A true Argentine experience - As an Argentine, The Asado Experience completely blew me away. Even though I grew up enjoying asados every Sunday with my family and friends, this experience felt like rediscovering our tradition through fresh eyes. The team of talented women behind this project does more than cook incredible food; they create a welcoming space where you not only taste but truly understand the soul of our culture. The place feels cozy and intimate, just like stepping into the backyard of a close friend. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with the warm hospitality of Belu and the hosts. The team takes the time to teach you the art of making asado, explaining everything from the cuts of meat to the cooking process and all the rituals that come with it. For us, asado is not just about the food but also about connection and togetherness. This experience captures all of that, and more. What made it even more inspiring for me is that it’s run by a group of passionate and empowered women who are breaking barriers in a field often dominated by men, and their dedication shines through in every detail. If you’re visiting Argentina, don’t miss the chance to try this. It’s not just a meal, it’s a journey into the heart of our culture. I guarantee you’ll leave with a full stomach, a warm heart, and great memories.

A Truly Special Argentinian Tradition - This was a truly amazing experience, thanks to Panchi and Lola for taking care of our group and for being attentive to our needs, very detail oriented! As I mentioned during the dinner, the reviews is one of the main reason that made me want to do this with my friends and definitely did not disappoint! P.S. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me with that chimichurri recipe, please let me know! :)

Asado in Argentina? This is it - If you want to truly embrace Argentine cuisine and culture, this is it! From the very start, you feel like a long lost friend is showing you around. You are welcomed into a cozy family home in a lovely neighborhood. A big old house with a lush green garden, butterflies flying around and fairy lights framing all the right places. Of course there is a traditional grill in the house, but they have also bought amazing professional parrillas to ensure every detail of your meal is flawless. The Hosts and also Grill Masters, a.k.a. "Asadoras" are truly welcoming ladies, eager to share a bite of their culture. They not only welcome you to the experience, but they also tell you what an asado means in their lifestyle, how to set up the grill and coal correctly, explain the cuts of meat you are about to eat, cook the whole meal, refill your empty glass wine, keep the interesting conversation flowing, and more. Needless to say that the quality of the products is just, wow. The fresh ingredients are amazing, and the meal is cooked with so much love and attention to detail! There is also time for connection between the guests. Perhaps chat as the asado is cooked, during the service and also what argentinians call "sobremesa". It was cute to get to know the others. A thing to remark, is that everyone working in the company are women. It is a woman-owned business, empowering and training other girls to get behind the grill in what very much is a male dominated space. Very inspiring! Overall, it is a very unique experience. Not quite a cooking class. Not quite a restaurant meal. Something you just have to live for yourself. Thanks to the team, it was a lunch I will always remember!

The juiciest and most delicious beef tenderloin I have ever see - We had a wonderful night, so entertaining that time went by very quickly. Looking forward to living The Asado Experience again! The hosts were super friendly, hospitable and everything they told us was very clear and entertaining. The other guests from various countries around the world, very interesting to talk and learn about other cultures. The meal was of many steps and one was tastier than the previous one. Finishing with the juiciest and most delicious beef tenderloin I have ever seen.

Amazing real asado experience! - Wonderful afternoon shared “traveling” without moving an inch out of the city! Having the opportunity of experiencing an asado as a cultural ritual was an extraordinary experience! Having Pilu and Belén as hosts was incredible since they could capture the real essence of the Argentinean tradition; asado in the economy, architecture, social life and every aspect of an Argentinean’s life! As an Argentinean it’s an honor to share this tradition with people from all around the globe! We enjoyed this delicious asado with a Dutch couple and an English man which were really opened to share their stories and experiences! The meat was delicious, my favorite were the “mollejas” which were amazingly delicious! Pilu is a great asadora 🙌🏼🤩 Thank you for receiving us in this incredible experience!

A SUCCESS - AMAZING, as an Argentine I can really confirm that it was a real ASADO EXPERIENCE. Total thanks to Clari, Panchi and Dolores who made us feel at home and for reinforcing that the Roast is not only eating meat :)

Great learning experience from female-led team at El Asado Experience - My husband and I had a wonderful time at The Asado Experience - a female led team that provides an authentic Asado experience in the neighborhood of Belgrano in Buenos Aires in owner Belen's family home. Belen is one of only 60 meat sommeliers in the world and is very knowledgeable. One of the grill masters, Sophie, who taught our session is amazing and knows how to capture an audience. They all speak fluent English and Spanish so it is nicely tailored to a global audience. They teach you how to build the fire and all about the different cuts of meat. They also teach you how to make the best chimichurri. The team works hard to provide an authentic experience and keeps it very personal. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about Asado!

Beautiful experience with work equipment - We went with a working group from Argentina, Spain and Brazil. The experience is unmatched. Our hosts were Bethlehem, Pili, Clara and Sofi who led us along the path of the roast as a moment of enjoyment, companionship and where the protagonist of the sharing. I highlight the quality of not only the food, wine, drinks and dessert but the quality of people who make up the team who can be seen to enjoy it and do it with a lot of love.
