The boat ride was great. My husband and I really had fun. This was our first time of visiting Argentina. - It was great and a good experience for my husband and I The lady that took us to the location did an excellent job explaining what we were seeing on the way and the driver did a great job with driving Kudos to the lady

Great Suburbs/Tigre Tour - Great tour, guide was friendly and knowedgeable. Fun to explore some of the suburbs of Buenos Aires province. Boat tour was informative and easy going. Transportation to and from was very helpful and no issues.

A nice change from the big city - The walk around the fruit market and a relaxing ride on the water made for a good get away from Buenos Aires. Plus the weather was perfect

Guide and driver made the tour worth recommending with a good rating - A very nice guide and driver made the experience very good. On the other hand, I think the program with the visit to the cathedral and also the boat trip was a bit sketchy in terms of what you expect from a trip. The boat trip was an hour shorter due to suspension for the rowing competition, among other things.

Tigre boat trip - An interesting and enjoyable tour with an excellent guide in Nicolas but it took far too long to get to Tigre which was unnecessary.

Nice experience but overpriced - Nice little tour to El Tigre town just outside of Buenos Aires. However, I strongly feel that they are overcharging a lot for what the tour offers. I'm quite sure that if I had just taken a taxi to get there and back it would have cost me half the price they charge as they only thing they basically is transportation.

Interesting view of some local life. - Interesting, but not really a must see if your time is limited. Initial stop and boat tour really show you a bit of actual local life. You can find items to bring home at the market stop, but it is geared toward locals.

Disappointed - The driver and the tour guide were very friendly and informative during the bus ride. The reason for the low rating is that it took an hour to pick everyone up then we stopped at a church for 20 min before going to the boat ride. The boat ride was only one hour and they packed you in the boat. Not a seat open. If you didn’t get a seat on the outside, you will not be able to take pictures. Wish we were told that. It is hard to understand the recording at times. Very interesting history on the Delta. Would encourage a trip of some kind. We were then taken back to the city. You had a choice where you wanted to be dropped off. Read all the details before booking to ensure you understand. I just felt like for the money it wasn’t worth it.

Not recommendable - The Journey itself is not very rewarding, or it could be better actually. The guide was very poor throughout, it only mentioned where we were without giving historical details about the interesting places we were visiting, which generated long moments of silence that could have been filled with information. The boat trip is very generic, and the stories about the deltas were not very interesting.

Gray line - disorganized, even refusing to go to the bathroom. - Another disappointment with Grayline, the company treats customers like trash. The minibus was forty minutes late picking us up at the hotel, we were the first to get in. Result: At the first stop, the guide said that the tour was delayed and we couldn't go to the bathroom (after almost two hours on the bus, several elderly people). We stopped quickly, then arrived at Tigre, where we were "allowed" to go to the bathroom. On the way back from the tour, we quickly went to the bus, one more stop without the right to go to the bathroom, we could only go on arrival. Forcing people to wait more than 3 hours without being able to go to the bathroom because the company is late is totally cruel. Horrible experience, I don't recommend it!
