Helpful driver - Driver came early which helped us get to the port early. Took care of all our luggage when he picked us up at the hotel and when he dropped us off at the dock. Very helpful and polite. Was a good driver.

Extra service - On time friendly service provided with a smile! The driver took us inside and made sure we got into the correct line to check in! -- flights going north versus flights going south in a very crowded terminal. That went above and beyond!!

Smooth transfer - Eduardo turned up on time and we had a pleasant trip to the cruise port. There had been some confusion regarding the baggage drop off point but Eduardo knew exactly where to go.

Inspite of having the correct address on the pick up & drop-6firm, the driver took us to the wrong address. Your driver's should be able to speak a little bit of English to communicate with only English speaking clients.
