Dependable, clean and safe - Edwardo was waiting for us with a smile and sign in hand. He immediately took our luggage and escorted us to a spot to wait just 3 minutes for him to pull up with his car. The auto was clean and comfortable. A great experience!

Excellent driver and customer service - The driver was ecellent. He was right there when I came out of customs. As we drove into the city he explained many of the different neighborhoods.

Transfer smooth and effective - They were waiting just outside immigration, with a luggage cart, brought the car directly to the front of the airport, easy ride into the city and to our hotel.

Airport service a dream - Communication was superb. Our flight was delayed and we weren’t sure we would make our connection. Our driver stayed on contact and was waiting for odd with a sign as we came out of passport clearance. Kind, efficient and informative!

Trouble making contacts - Our driver was courteous and efficient. I had to pay the international phone charge to find out where the contact at the airport was. While on the phone the local rep finally displayed my name. That was the only hiccup.
