THIS IS A SCAM - BUYER BEWARE - This was an absolute scam and shame on Viator for even allowing this listing to still exist. For some context, my husband and I regularly take walking tours wherever we go. This was the only one listed for Buffalo and it was much more expensive that past walking tours ($238 for 2 people) but it said it included admission to at least 3 things, so I went for it. We didn’t end up getting admitted to one of those things and the other two were worth $67 TOTAL but I’ll get to that. This company is not based in the US and does not know anything about Buffalo. They sent a “guide” who knew literally nothing about Buffalo other than his “daughter has a friend that lived near here”. His phone at one point stopped working, so he asked us to navigate to the different spots. What???? Am I now the tour guide for him? He originally showed me his phone with the info he was supposed to go over. They were screenshots of Wikipedia about different Buffalo facts. I wouldn’t have minded that if he had actually told us the facts! Instead he commented about how hard parking was to find. When we passed some stadium (I still have no idea who or what team plays there), his fact was “on game days, it’s usually much more crowded here”. Like????? No, really!???? At the first stop, he went in and asked the people working there what there was to do inside the building in front of us. Each place we went or tried to go, he kept trying to ask locals for help or info. I literally could have done my own Google search. We didn’t hit most of the stops on the “walking tour” because we were trying to navigate this man around. We ended up at what we thought was one of the stops (he said it was some church) but when we went in, it clearly was not a church. It was a courthouse and it was not supposed to be a part of the tour. Anyway, we end at our final stop and my blood is boiling at this point. Why did I pay $200+ to give this man a tour? To not go to the stops that were listed? I was trying to keep my cool but then he hands us the tickets for the naval park and boat tour and what do I see? These last two activities (the biggest and most expensive things), cost $67 for two people. He literally gave me the receipt. What did I just pay $171 for? To give this man a tour of a place I am visiting???? I start asking him questions and he says he doesn’t talk about the money and I have to take it up with Viator. I immediately called Viator and they’ve been trying to contact this vendor since for a refund. It’s now been over a week (10 days to be specific) and all Viator offered me was a $54 refund because the vendor isn’t responding. I appreciate the gesture, but by my math, I am owed $171 ($238-67). I will no longer use Viator as they are not protecting me from scam experiences. TL;DR: DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR. THIS IS A SCAM.

Over priced Uber drive - Worst tour ever. 4 grown adults is a midsized SUV for 4 hours. Could not see much and very cramped. Ticket implied tickets included for navel walk but only the free boardwalk included. Guide was knowledgeable but that does not help when you can't see what they show. For $670 get an Uber driver, you'll see the same views and save $500
