Great classic tour - We went with an Uber from Santiago to do the classic tour and really enjoyed it. Even though we were stuck in traffic and late, our guide was so kind to do a short version of the tour (which in the end was nearly as long as the original). We tasted three different wines. Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well.

It's worth it - All the space and structure is very beautiful and well taken care of! The tour is quite complete, going through the various stages of production until you arrive at the tasting, telling about the historical facts of the place. Great quality wines.

Excellent - We really enjoyed the tour and the wine tasting. Very nice spaces and excellent service. Everyone very friendly including our guide. Our visit was in May and that's why we didn't enjoy the best view. I would recommend going in spring or summer to better enjoy the green spaces, nature and get better photos. Otherwise everything is excellent. Without a doubt we would repeat it.

Excellent half day trip from Santiago! - Victor gave us an excellent 1hr tour of the vineyard followed by a 4-wine tasting and cheese. His English was great and he was very happy to answer all of our questions. The tour was private just for the two of us so felt very special. The old house the vineyard is built around is beautiful with lovely gardens. We had a delicious lunch on the terrace. And of course the wine was delicious! Very glad we were able to add this tour to our time in Santiago - many thanks Victor!

Excellent winery tour and tasting. - We took the regular tour at Vina Santa Rita and it was excellent. Our guide Josefa (apologies if I'm misspelling) was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Her English was excellent. The tour included part of the vineyards, the history of the winery, and the production facilities, then a fun and informative tasting. We live in a wine region in California and I have to say Josefa's tour was better than any we've done here in recent years.

Bom tour - We made the reservation a week in advance and, to my surprise, the most special tours were all exhausted. Therefore, it remains to do the most basic tour. We had a downtime right at the beginning of the tour at 15:15, just as we left the Doña Paula restaurant: my relatives went ahead and could not locate our reservation. Arriving there and even presenting the booking number, I was informed that the payment was not made; I delayed, but found the proofs with the payment and the e-mail with the change of the tour time - this change that caused all this trouble. Result: we lost about 20 minutes of tour. In addition, the Portuguese guide was very attentive and with appropriate information for the basic tour, showing the rich history of the vineyard.

NICE EXPERIENCE, but more information about production is missing. - The place is beautiful and the tour is well explained, the wine tasting is a great plan. The only thing that could be improved is that if you go to a vineyard you would expect them to walk you through it and have them explain everything from the cultivation of the seeds to the wine, since that is left without flavor, because the tour is more about getting to know the estate. Otherwise recommended.

Booked a Premium tour BUT... - Booked the Premium tour with Civitatis. Driven to winery by the Civitatis / MTO rep who only paid for Seleccion tickets. We showed our receipts for the Premium tour but neither the rep nor the winery would give us the tour we had purchased! After lots of arguing they told us to "take it or leave it". We took the Seleccion tour. Didn't even see a grape growing!
