Our Cooking Studio offers a perfect program for those looking to experience authentic Korean food with modern aesthetics. We’ve been offering cooking classes for foreigners since 2008. Following a full renovation in May 2024, our venue now accommodates up to 20 people.
Discover the Art of Korean Cooking!
Join our cooking class and learn to make two of Korea’s most beloved dishes. (According to the schedule, you will cook two different menus.)
At the end of your lesson, enjoy the delicious meal with your class.
- Minimum age required for cooking class is 11; please note that while children younger than 11 are welcome, they may not participate in the class
- Please bear in mind that minimum of 5 participants required only for Saturdays’ class
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the class. If late, customers are responsible for missed participation in the program.
- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund

Delicious and Fun Cooking Class! - My husband and I had an amazing time during this cooking class. It was one of our favorite experiences while visiting Seoul and even was one of our favorite meals! The class is fun, friendly, and informative. Its a very clean environment and the recipes are fantastic. We would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Seoul!

Very fun and interesting! - Great class, instructor was super nice and informative, learned a lot about Korean food, cooking, and made some delicious recipes! It was great to eat your meal and chat with all the other participants afterwards!

Five Star Korean BBQ - An amazing Korean cooking class with chef's tips and regional taste explanations. Modern classroom with lights, clean tables, and comfortable stools. The recipe ingredients are fresh and what a joy to share a meal with everyone!

Excellent cooking experience in Bukchon. - This was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed learning a little history of Korean food. The explanation on how to make the food was explained well and demonstrated step by step. Then we were allowed to do our own chopping and preparing with help to remind us what was next. The food was delicious as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend. I was wishing my teen daughter was with me because she would have loved it.

Hanok cooking class - The cooking class is located near the historic Bukchon Hanok village in a nice studio. A large group that was supposed to come cancelled, so it was just the two of us - we were very lucky. The cooking class was very well guided, altogether it lasted approximately two hours. We made two classic Korean dishes, and got a lot of answers to our questions about Korean cuisine and culture. The hostess spoke excellent English and was very friendly throughout the class.

Amazing experience - My husband and I booked the cooking class for our trip to Seoul. I would highly recommend this class. Jia, who is a professional chef, was very welcoming and very engaging. We were able to learn quite a bit about Korean cooking and we really enjoyed the two dishes and the drink she made us. Would be a great experience to do as a couple or as a group. The location is by Hanok village so you can plan your trip to visit the Hanok village and the palace.

Unique experience, a must in Seoul. - The excellent teacher is very kind and helpful. She even holds a phd in food science and therefore is an expert in everything around food & cooking and related Asien cultural aspects.
Great experience, absolutely unique. Highly recommended.

Fun and informative cooking course in Seoul! - We had such a great time at this course! The setting was lovely and chef Jia was so friendly. We cooked japchae and jaeyuk-bokkem, which were both delicious and we will definitely be cooking them at home. So glad we booked this course

It was so much fun and delicious. - I watched the teacher's demo, and then we all made our own and ate last.
And during the protests, they even talked about Korean kimchi, which I really enjoyed.
They told me that I could teach in Japanese, but because the participants wanted English a lot, I proceeded in English, but I was able to make it without worrying because of the gestures.
Market visits were about a previous classroom, and they've moved there and they're not doing it anymore, so I think it's sad to look forward to that and sign up.
I was a little bit sad, too, so I lowered it by one star, but if that was correct, it would have been five stars.
It doesn't seem to have been corrected yet.
(It's been a week since I finished the lesson)
