It's a great tour. - I have a Reservation for a private tour. 4 hours by express train from Tashkent. I don't have a Guide on the train, but I didn't have to worry about getting off at the end. It’s a long train journey, but I enjoyed it on its own, as the on-board sales are unique and we come here many times to sell a variety of food. A taxi driver was waiting for us at Bukhara railway station. On the way, we meet our Guide and head to our destination after lunch. We enjoyed the many historic buildings while listening to the friendly and entertaining Guides. The sun was harsh, so it might have been good to point at a parasol. I didn't see many of them in Tashkent, but Bukhara saw a number of locals with parasols. All the buildings I visit are within walking distance, but it's so many and wonderful that I wanted to stay overnight. It was also good to know that the Guide was able to hold the key points while also showing us the angles at which the buildings and scenery looked beautiful. On the way back, we fly back from Bukhara airport. It was about an hour's Flights. After parting ways with the Guide, I had a taxi driver drive me to the airport and boarded. At Tashkent airport we were joined by the taxi driver and Guide who were there to pick us up and returned to our hotel. Depart from Hotel 7:30 - Arrive at Hotel 22:30 Lunch available No dinner.

Excellent - Excellent organization and team was reachable on WhatsApp all the time. Ali was very helpful with the transportation and timing. Aziza was a great guide for me in Bukhara and went out of her way to show me more places and tell me more interesting stories. The lunch at Chinor was amazing. Thank you!

A beautiful excursion - The tour was absolutely great organized!!Ali picked me up from the hotel on time and accompanied me to the train! In Bukhara I was picked up directly at the train station of Sunny.A very competent and friendly tour guide! It was a beautiful day, despite the heat. Back we went by plane and Ali was already waiting for me in Tashkent and drove me straight back to the hotel. I can only recommend this day trip 10 out of 10 points

Bukhara 💙 - Beautiful country and has many interesting and beautiful gems. The culture was wonderfully narrated by our experienced and heartwarming guide Dilfuza. She went above and beyond and did not make it feel like robotic guided tour. We had fun together.

Astonishing experiences in a beautiful city - The tour was excellent. Not only that Bukhara is just an amazing destination with all the history and beautiful architecture, Dilfuza, my guide, made the experience really memorable. It sometimes felt, as if I were taken back to history. I can really recommend this Tour!

Magnificent Bukhara with guide Dilfuza - Dilfuza was an outstanding guide- organising our pick up when the flight landed in another airport instead of Bukhara due to bad weather, then meeting us at a point in Bukhara from where she took us on a cultural and immersive experience through Bukhara and it's history, sights, cuisine and way of life. She was very patient and calm all through, even when we had to do a time' bound luggage pick up from the airport and rush with moments to spare to the train station. Thank you Dilfuza. I will use your services again and recommend that the company always used you for my friends who visit Bukhara. We had a lovely visit thanks to you.

Stressful - I was told I'd be met at Bukhara with a sign GotoUzbekistan. I wasn't. 15 mins of stress and hassle from taxi drivers. Very unpleasant. Tour itself was very interesting though I felt we missed some buildings by going into shops a lot. Flight back went fine except on arrival at almost 21.00 after long day, GotoUzbekistan rep not there to collect me as promised. His phone number not recognised. After waiting almost 20 mins (alone except for 2 taxi drivers) I gave up and took a taxi. Again very stressful. Very badly managed tour.

Bukhara Disappointment - Avoid this company and do not book. I spent £270 and expected great service. I was not met at Bukhara as promised, but 15 mins of stress with local taxi drivers before the right one deigned to make himself aware to me. Local guide lovely but took her time and I missed some other sights because she was focussed on shops and museum. Duly got flight back to Tashkent and not met at airport... 9.50 at night and again all hassle from taxi drivers. I gave in at 10.05 and paid to go back to hotel as I had no idea where I was and didn't want taxi drivers to give up and then what? Apparently GotoUzbekistan pitched up at 10.15... but their phone number was never recognised and no way of knowing. Totally unprofessional. Never an apology or explanation. Horrendous company.

That sucks! - The journey never began. At 6 a.m. on the same day of the trip, I was informed on the phone that there was no room on the return flight. I was offered to return the next day, but this was impossible. The problem arises from the fact that these gentlemen book the day before, if not the same day, the train and/or plane journeys and this can certainly lead to not finding a place. I paid 320 euros for this private excursion without taking part!I informed Viator and am still waiting for something to be told. What a bad impression!! I am still waiting for the refund, and if this does not happen, I will proceed with all the means at my disposal, including international ones. Avoid this experience at the moment!
