Overall, it’s a peaceful, serene, and visually appealing place. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re planning to see the giant Buddha!

  • The distance covered is approximately 12 to 15 kilometers
  • People who can’t ride a bike
  • People with mobility impairments
  • We cycle at a leisurely pace and make frequent stops at local, interesting destinations along the way. That being said, we do cycle through narrow alleyways and upon raised footpaths over water, so a certain level of balance and comfort on bike is required.
  • By design, our tours do not contain much taking. Our philosophy is to focus more on interactive experience of cycling within the local community rather than presentations about facts, figures or history. In that respect, language does not play a large factor in your tour experience. and it is unlikely that you will feel like you’ve missed out on anything by not having a native language guide.

Recommendation from a solo traveler - I had the chance to see Bangkok from a different side, i normally would not see on my own. It was a relaxing tour through nice back alleys and some beautiful nature scenes. The guide was fantastic, he did take his time to explain historical things and our questions. I always felt safe navigating some of the parts which were on the road.

Fun, easy terrain but need to.be able to.ride a bike with confidence. Ask for Guitar as your guide. She was fab - Our guide Guitar was fab, the route was lots of narrow roads / paths with tight bends along the canal / rail lines. We stopped at a few places including seeing Big Budda, a train wizz.past and a local market. Guitar shared lots of information and even stopped to get us all water as it was so hot.

Wonderful time bike riding with Tommy and Guitar - The owners, Tommy and Guitar, are very customer service oriented and professional. Guitar even helped to locate some missing bikers and brought them to safety. She also provided private guiding service to me as i had difficulty in catching up and also in handling the bike. This activity is highly recommended for those who are not so skilful and the skilful bikers. Great thanks to them for their patience and belief in me, now I am more confident in biking! Cozy and quiet bike ride in the back streets - Great bike ride for us with two teenagers. Quiet quiet streets at a comfortable pace. Not scary traffic. Got water both at the start and on the way. Drived by some temples and a local small food market. Several small breaks along the way. Ok bikes with 6 gear, do not need more because the terrain is flat. Nice guide in English. Highly recommended.

Cycling through alleyways - Enjoyed cycling at leisurely pace through alleyways in Thonburi neighborhood of Bangkok city. Small startup company owner/tour leader is a nice young man who took time to explain things I was curious about

Good activity to know more about different side of Bangkok - Amazing experience to bike around the neighborhood that I've never been to in Bangkok. Some route felt like circling around in between the alleys, temples, and markets. Would be better to add more scenery to view/enjoy while riding a bike.

Good day out - The guide was great and very informative . Easy ride over mostly flat ground . Lovely places to see . The only thing the guide might want to look at is where we stopped for a break . It was in the middle of no where with nothing to do or look at . Maybe stop at a shop or coffee shop as all the other riders mentioned .

Understand the risks and take precautions - The trip and sights were fantastic and quite unique. However, I became aware of the risks that travelers need to be cautious about. The bike chain came off for at least three people in our group. Unfortunately, it happened to me while navigating a steep hump over a canal. Within seconds, I collided with a pole, resulting in a serious deep gash on my shin. To my surprise, there was no first aid available, nor was any prompt action taken. Fortunately, some kind locals helped me bandage the wound. I had to cycle back with the group for another hour to reach the starting point, from where I went to the hospital. An X-ray was taken, and the wound required immediate suturing. I now have five stitches. Additionally, there was no insurance provided by the organizer, so I had to cover the costs out of pocket—15,000 Baht. I hope this helps you understand the associated risks.
