Great value for money - It was a great experience which started with an easy trek through a jungle and ended with a beautiful view of a waterfall. We were also served some delicious rice cakes on the way. The guides had a lot of insights about the jungle flora.

Beautiful views, learnt a great lot - We had an amazing time with our guide Adi trekking through the jungle and canoeing. Walking through the dense forrest we learnt a lot about flowers, plants and trees, like the original banana tree. Additionally, the old temples and the waterfalls of Banyumala were beautiful to behold. The guide told us that around the temple, there used to be a village, but flooding caused people to move away, also giving a sense of how people live with their surroundings here.

Amazing tour!!? - Putu is a lovely, caring guide. She is well prepared and you immediately understand she loves her job and she is passionate about her culture. Every single activity of the itinerary was amazing. If there would be 6 stars, I would select them!

Lovely tour with the lovely guide Putu! - We had a lovely day with our amazing guide Putu! She was such a fountain of knowledge during this tour which made the experience so interesting. Putu talked to us about all of the flora and fauna in the jungle, showing us plants and explaining them. She explained Balinese culture to us, the religions and the different types of temples and symbolism. She also kindly gave us wooden hiking sticks to make our jungle trek easier! The trek was lovely and along the way we had some tea and traditional Balinese cakes that Putu had bought for us. We canoed across the lake which was peaceful and relaxing, before visiting Banyumala Twin Waterfall and Putu took some pictures for us while we were there. We then went to a lovely home stay belonging to Kadek and his family, and had a delicious Balinese lunch before heading back home. THANK YOU SO MUCH PUTU!! You made our day amazing and went above and beyond! Terima Kasih!!

Absolutely Amazing - It is truly impossible to clearly articulate how absolutely amazing this adventure was for our group of six. From start to finish, the adventures more than exceeded our expectations. Upon entering the cruise terminal, we were greeted by our driver, Youdi, who drove us safely approximately 1.5 hours to meet our tour guide, Agung, where our jungle trekking experience began. For about 1.5 hours, we hiked, mostly downhill, to see the TwinLake. Stopping along the way, we took in many beautiful sights along with learning the history behind these sights. My husband and I aren’t avid hikers, unlike the other four people we were trekking with, but that wasn’t a problem because Agung was patient and accommodating recognizing the abilities of all members in the group. Once we got to the TwinLake, there were canoes waiting to take us across the lake. To say the views were breathtaking, would be an understatement. It truly was hard to capture the natural beauty in our photos. There was a temple at the end of our canoe ride where we were able to take great pictures. Immediately following this adventure, we headed to Banyumala Waterfall. To reach the location where you enter the hiking path to the waterfall, we got to ride on mopeds…How cool! After taking some brilliant pictures at the waterfall, we jumped into the refreshing water to cool off. We had the most delicious dinner prepared by Agung’s family at the family home. Julia soup was our first course, and then for the main course we enjoyed homemade chicken, corn cakes, and a bean salad! The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. We were offered coffee made from the beans grown on the family farm…such an unbelievably smooth cup of coffee! We were able to purchase a bag of beans to take home with us. Thank you to Agung and his family for providing us with a truly incredible and authentic experience during our time in Bali. After dinner, Youdi, our driver, took us safely back to the cruise port. If you are looking for an adventure of a lifetime, and one that is unique and out of the box, this one is for you. We will cherish the memories from our amazing adventures forever! Please note insect repellent, although we didn’t encounter many insects, and trekking poles are provided.

It only worth 3 stars - This is my second time to join this trip.First time with my husband and we have a wonderful memories. This time,i and my aunite and sister came back to Bali and join this tour again. It only worth 3 stars.First,we share a car with two person. My sister has 170cm and cannot seat well in the back. The legs cannot put well. The whole trip is 1.5hours and we cannot handle it.So we took a car by myself and paid IDR1,000,000 by ourselves. The organiser never say any words for that. For whole trip,I remebered last time, when we has a canoeing, the guide has many snack for local food provided. This time, nothing for it. We don't think it is a worth trip.Only trekking and canoeing has spent more than SGD100.All the transporation fee paid by ourseleves.

Disappointing - We were quite disappointed in the tour…. (we went September 2024). We had booked the tour at 10.00. When we arrived at the meeting point our guide wasn’t there, we called the booking company, eventually he arrived at around 10.30. In the information of the tour it said we would get a welcoming drink and cake, we didn’t get anything. We would go to two lakes, we only got to one. In a lot of reviews it says that people got traditional balinese food, we didn’t get it. We were also supposed to go to a market, but didn’t go there. In the information it said that the tour would take about 8 to 10 hours. Our tour took barely 3 hours. After the waterfalls we expected to go somewhere else because it had only been 3 hours but our guide just said ‘okay thanks for the tour, bye’. Maybe it depends on which guide you have because i see a lot of positive reviews on here, our guide didn’t seem to really want to make an afford, he also told us he was hangover haha. All in all we were quite disappointed (also for the price and what the tour was supposed to be).
