- Buyan Lake - The trek begins with an exploration of Buyan Lake, guided by an expert. This lake is the third largest in Bali and offers breathtaking views. As you descend towards the lake, you’ll encounter ancient trees. Upon reaching the lake, you’ll board a traditional canoe with a local fisherman, enjoying a 20-minute ride along the lakeside, with views of stunning rock walls in the pristine waters.
- Tamblingan Lake - After canoeing to the western edge of Buyan Lake, you’ll arrive in the forest that separates Buyan and Tamblingan Lakes. Here, you’ll walk through the jungle, discovering more ancient Banyan trees that you can climb, swing from, and photograph. A highlight of this area is the remnants of past civilizations from the 13th century, such as pottery and the lake temple. The Ulun Danu Tamblingan Temple found here is significant to the Balinese, deeply connected to local religious practices that continue to this day.
- Banyumala Twin Waterfalls - The trekking day concludes at Banyumala Twin Waterfalls, where you can relax and swim in the crystal-clear, fresh spring water.
