Rope and Ride!! - What an amazing night out!! The rodeo was jam packed with excitement and payed tribute to American patriotism. The food really great!! We couldn’t get into the steakhouse, but the food stands were more than delicious and provided a great variety of BBQ options. The rodeo MC was entertaining. One small suggestion would be to have more speakers near the bleaches overhead to hear the announcer better. This was a once in a lifetime event for us. We noticed several Europeans in the crowd. It was nice to be able to share this slice of Americana with them.

Open seating - Fun time. Great food. Open seating requires you to arrive early otherwise you won’t be able to sit down.

Phenomenal show! - The rodeo provided a fabulous experience. It’s a smaller venue, so you really feel part of it. There was bull riding, barrel racing, mutton busting and all the kids under 12 chasing after calves trying to catch them. We ate at the steak house (it was phenomenal!) first, but just getting some bar b q before the show would have been just as good. We splurged and got a reserved seat which I recommend since we didn’t worry about leaving the restaurant quickly. Next time I’m going with my husband to be able to take part in the after rodeo dancing. Can’t wait to go back!

Highly recommend, good fun and value for everyone - What a fabulous night out . We were over from the uk visiting family and came to the Rosie as it was a 1st visit for some of us . We really got into the rodeo and cheered along with everyone . The beer and food was also a good standard and the staff were so helpful . After the rodeo the band and dancing started which was really cool to watch . Was really relaxing in the gardens having drinks and watching the cowboys walk by . Would highly recommend for all the family whether your 8 years old or 80yrs old a great family night out And good value too

Tejas Rodeo is a GREAT place for family entertainment. - Tejas Rodeo is a delightful experience to introduce you to a Texas Rodeo. We loved the patriotic feel and the prayer before the events. The Mutton Busting with the kids is so entertaining. They do Mutton Busting in the pre-show and during the Rodeo as well - so if you want the full experience, don't miss the preshow. The band that played on July 6th was AWESOME. They played all the current country music hits as well as some older favorites. If you want tickets, purchase them in advance because they do sell out. Currently they only do the Rodeo on Saturday evenings - so plan accordingly.

A really fun Hill Country Saturday night - We had dinner at the steakhouse (huge portions!) and the ribeye was the standout. Then we went to the rodeo and it was such great fun and a good mix of talent /ages. It was hot so we didn’t stay for the dance , but perhaps next time we will!

A rodeo with a familiar flavour - Local demonstration with local participants. In the stands friends and family. I appreciated the authenticity, the event felt by Texans doc is definitely the event at all touristic. If you look for the real rodeo made by champions with deviled bulls is not this. There was not even the part with the horses. A rodeo involving children that keeps them entertained! Live music and good food followed. There are stands with varied offerings and a quaint steakhouse with very good meat. High prices. Large outdoor parking. I really enjoyed this tejas rodeo, seeing happy guys dancing all together was really nice.
