- Tejas Rodeo Company - Saturday Night Rodeo March-November - The family-friendly rodeo and live music series starts the first weekend in March and continues each Saturday through the last weekend in November. Doors open at 5:00pm and Rodeo starts at 7:30pm. Following the rodeo, enjoy live music and dancing until 1am. Enjoy beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks throughout the rodeo grounds and delicious Texas BBQ, steak, burgers, and more! There’s something for everyone including mutton bustin’, calf scramble and pony rides for the kids! See if you have what it takes to be a professional bull rider on our mechanical bull or have your photo taken on our life-sized photo bucking bull!

Situated in Bulverde, Texas, north of San Antonio, is a hidden treasure known as the Tejas Rodeo Company. Our mission is to offer an authentic experience of Texas and its Western heritage. Come visit us on a Saturday Night from March-November when we host a live professional rodeo!
Attendees will be treated to a professional rodeo in our roofed arena, featuring an Opening Ceremony, an Entrance by Horse Drawn Chuck Wagon & Longhorn Cattle, performances by our Award-winning Drill Team, the Presentation of the Flags, Bull Riding, Team Roping and exhilarating Barrel Racing speed events. We also have Mutton Bustin’ and Calf Scramble specially arranged for kids, along with many other activities! After the rodeo, stick around for music and dancing at our covered pavilion where a live Country and Western band will perform for hours!

Tejas Rodeo is a GREAT place for family entertainment. - Tejas Rodeo is a delightful experience to introduce you to a Texas Rodeo. We loved the patriotic feel and the prayer before the events. The Mutton Busting with the kids is so entertaining. They do Mutton Busting in the pre-show and during the Rodeo as well - so if you want the full experience, don't miss the preshow. The band that played on July 6th was AWESOME. They played all the current country music hits as well as some older favorites. If you want tickets, purchase them in advance because they do sell out. Currently they only do the Rodeo on Saturday evenings - so plan accordingly.

A really fun Hill Country Saturday night - We had dinner at the steakhouse (huge portions!) and the ribeye was the standout. Then we went to the rodeo and it was such great fun and a good mix of talent /ages. It was hot so we didn’t stay for the dance , but perhaps next time we will!

AWESOME - Simply GREAT. Good atmosphere, super friendly staff and, as said above, it is better to be there early, 5 p.m. at the latest, to eat before the show (7:30 p.m.) or, then, you will be hungry after the show (2h/2h30). Please note, on TripAdvisor, there was only general entry, so no numbered reserved place. After the show, dance until 1:00 a.m.

Great show! Really loved it! - Best local Texas experience ever! We really enjoyed it! Great show for adults as well as kids. Really welk presented and very funny too. Afterwards really great dance country music atmosphere! If I ever come back to Texas, I want to redo this great activity! 🤩

Rodeo fun - The rodeo never disappoints! Pro God, pro-American. My daughter and I really enjoyed it. Entrance was easy and quick, food was good, and parking was free!

Awesome & fun Texan rodeo experience - Fabulous family entertainment whilst visiting Texas from Ireland & Scotland. Great friendly atmosphere, staff very helpful ( particularly the lady who was seating everyone and gave us all the info on the evening). The rodeo was awesome! The band and dancing after the rodeo was an unexpected surprise and fun. We were staying in San Antonio and was only a 20 minute drive. One of the highlights of our trip!

Maybe a little too long of a show for having to sit on the bleacher benches. - The young ones riding the sheep & the ladies riding around the barrels were my favorite………
